Teacher's forecasting competence: a comparative analysis of professional standards in Estonia and Ukraine

Analysis of differences in professional standards that can positively affect the effectiveness of the teacher. The main characteristics of approaches to the definition and conceptualization of prognostic competence in Ukrainian and Estonian standards.
