Для решения причин неуспешности, а также для преодоления индивидуальных учебных проблем нами были изучены материалы исследований по технологии разноуровневого обучения.
Нам удалось выявить ряд преимуществ данной технологии:
· Каждый работает в своем темпе и в меру своих способностей;
· Все участники обучения вовлечены в процесс активно;
· Каждый добивается завершенности своих знаний и достигает успешности на своем уровне;
· Благодаря сотрудничеству и взаимодействию с другими участниками учебного процесса у каждого есть стремление достичь следующего уровня;
· Интенсивность занятий заметно возрастает.
Мы пришли к выводу, что организация разноуровневого обучения с учетом всех учебных потребностей взрослых является методической необходимостью. Поэтому мы разработали макет технологии разноуровневого обучения ИЯ, где раскрыли сущность понятия "разноуровневое обучение", исследовали условия и методики обеспечения разноуровневого обучения, разработали индивидуальные траектории обучения.
В практической части нашего исследования мы создали методическую разработку по организации занятий на основании разноуровневого подхода к обучению иностранному языку взрослой аудитории, куда вошли: планы аудиторной работы по теме "You are a doctor", анализ учебно-методического комплекса по английскому языку для работы со взрослой аудиторией, индивидуальные маршрутные листы, прогнозирование ожидаемых результатов обучающихся, а также карточки с заданиями для разноуровневой группы по данной теме, учитывающие индивидуальные учебные проблемы. Все созданные нами дополнительные материалы, представленные в приложении, отвечают задачам разноуровневого обучения и соответствуют принципам коммуникативно-когнитивного обучения взрослой аудитории. В наших практических материалах разработаны задания как для индивидуальной и самостоятельной работы, так и для работы в парах, малых группах и в общегрупповой речевой деятельности.
Таким образом, мы можем сказать, что разработанные нами материалы и предложенная организация занятий обеспечивает эффективность работы, повышает ее интенсивность и обеспечивает успешность каждого взрослого обучающегося.
Мы считаем, что с теоретической позиции наша гипотеза верна, но ее еще предстоит проверить на практике.
В заключение хочется сказать, что для реализации данной программы требуется очень большая подготовка преподавателя. Оплата труда преподавателя не учитывает контроль самостоятельной работы с помощью компьютерных средств, а также составление раздаточных материалов.
Опыт показывает, что, готовясь по учебнику, преподаватель тратит около получаса или меньше на планирование аудиторного занятия; разрабатывая или выискивая раздаточные и дополнительные материалы, преподаватель может тратить от часа до трех часов своего времени, иногда и больше. А если каждому обучающемуся дать свою серию упражнений? Составленные нами раздаточные материалы только к одному разделу составляют более 40 страниц, и это не предел. А в учебнике имеется от 10 до 30 разделов. Чем сложнее материал, тем больше требуется карточек по работе с пробелами в знаниях.
Очевидно, составление такого набора карточек для индивидуальной работы должно рассматриваться по временным затратам как написание учебного пособия, и соответственно оплачиваться. Пока же подобный способ организации занятий держится только на энтузиазме отдельных преподавателей, девиз которых - учить каждого, организуя взаимодействие всех со всеми.

To find out the solution to the above problem, the case record of more than 500 hypochondriacs attending different hospitals have been studied. The commonest symptom of the hypochondriac is not fear of pain, but genuine pain itself, which can be just as unpleasant whether imaginary or touched off by organic disoder
Doctors conclude in this report that though those persons are real enough there's no such disease as hypochondria. Contrary to previous belief, compulsive pill swallowing turned out to be as common among men as with women.
Many hypochondriacs don't want to be deprived of their obsession They know they will miss the sympathy of the doctors, the pleasure of trying out new pill, and the fascination of taking about their fears and ilnesses.
The risk of adverse reactions of any drug was always present but in the past much had been left to chance in the hope that such effects would be reported by people who took the preparation.
