1. Methodological foundations of professional orientation

1.1 Basics career guidance

The concept of "career guidance" - this orientation of a person to certain professions. Career guidance is also considered as to help people to choose a profession, and as a series of measures to help the man entering life, science-based system to select a profession or educational work in the development of professional orientation, to help people in times of professional self.

Definitions of the concept and a lot of it happened because of the development of the vocational guidance. Goals and objectives are successfully implemented guidance, career guidance when she relies on the development of theory and methodology, in which the refracted and tested concepts, ideas, attitudes, views, forms, methods and principles to improve the effectiveness of practical work.

The concept of "career guidance" can not be frozen, this once and for all. It develops as the change of the purpose, objectives, methods and nature of vocational guidance. We proceed from the fact that the career guidance - a guide career choice, to assist in choosing a career, which is more responsible individual needs, aptitudes and abilities / 10 /.

Under the methodology of vocational guidance is meant teaching the basic position, structure, methods of scientific research problems and the professional self-improvement practices impact on people in order to optimize the interests of the individual and society in choosing a profession.

The main provisions of which has a significant impact on the formulation of the whole career guidance include conceptual ideas. One of them - the idea of organizing a career guidance, based on an exploratory study of personality, careful consideration of the interests and abilities needed to choose the right profession. This idea has been extended to mid-30's and was called "the diagnostic concept." It is widely used tests. Later this idea was replaced diagnostic study "educational concept." Diagnosis and education - important and organically related areas of practical work on individual career counseling.

The idea to treat the idea of methodological differentiated approach to career guidance. It provides preliminary classification of people into groups based on their professional and life plans, and appropriate educational activities in these groups. Differentiated approach allows professional work more focused, therefore, more efficient.

In sociology, the idea has spread social - professional guidance, which explains the choice of profession conditioning rather than focusing on a particular profession, much to the desired orientation of the individual to the social position themselves in the community and find ways to achieve it through elected for this profession. If professional orientation is summarized as activities for the preparation of the individual to the choice of profession, social and professional orientation can be defined as the preparation of a student for the profession and its place in society / 11 /.

For methodological issues include career counseling and the identification and development of career counseling. Vocational guidance - is part of the general system of social orientation of the individual in the current structure of the productive forces and production relations in modern society. With further improvement of the productive forces and relations of production appropriate development will be social and career guidance.

Career guidance system carries out the following activities:

Professional education, including profinformatsiyu, profpropagandu, profagitatsiyu. Inform citizens about the world of professions aims to familiarize them with the most relevant to a profession at the moment and in the next 10 years, as well as the feasibility and advantages of the acquisition silt and other professions. Professional promotion seen as a special "kind of social activity, the main function of which is to spread the knowledge, ideas, artistic values, and other information in order to create certain views, ideas and emotional states, and through them - and to influence people's behavior" / 12 /.

Pre-professional diagnosis aims to identify the interests and abilities of a particular profession.

For this purpose, personal, hardware and test methods for a number of sciences. career guidance vocational guidance

Professional advice is aimed at individual assistance in choosing a career by professionals vocational counselor. When used selection (selection) is set selecting individuals who are most likely to be able to successfully learn a profession and to perform the associated work duties.

Social - professional adaptation carried out in educational workshops, in labor unions. This process is more conducive to industrial practice directly on the core businesses.

Vocational training aims to building people's sense of duty, responsibility, professional honor and dignity during mastering their chosen profession.

Each of these areas of work is, though, and is linked to another, but still, quite independent field of professional activity. The increasing importance now beginning to take on a professional selection (selection). Efficient allocation of people on profiles training increases where there is there is a choice of interest to the profession / 13 /.

The work in various fields to define a circle forms and methods of career guidance - a story about jobs, interviews, visits to companies, business clubs, circles and technical society, questioning, use of tests, writing essays, and all kinds of games / 14.15 /.

In research on career guidance issues using methods of pedagogy, psychology, economics, sociology, and medicine. So you can not say that career guidance is a separate science. Is an interdisciplinary research field, designed to solve applied problems of optimal control of the process of professional self-identity in their interest and in the interest of society. As a system of knowledge, the conceptual apparatus and methods of the various sciences have noticeable differences, the problem of integration required for the guidance of knowledge on the basis of a system / 16 /.

The most important methodological issues include the definition of criteria and questions the effectiveness of career counseling. The effectiveness of choice of profession means a measure of conformity of individual career choices recommendations of the teaching staff. For the system of vocational guidance became effective, coordinated the activities of the ministries and departments. On the effectiveness of career guidance is also affected by a variety of objective and subjective factors. This system allows you to call a system of professional orientation difficult.

The success of the career choice also means the optimal matching of social needs at work with plans for professional and personal development of the individual. Therefore, the more the structure of the professional choices required in modern society staff jobs, the better to work towards vocational guidance. Hence, a measure of balance (coincidence) of personnel needs and real choice is one of the most important performance criteria of vocational guidance.

Advance to schedule and coordinate their plans of life and professional identity is one of the performance indicators guidance provided previously scheduled plans to meet the needs of the country in blocks of certain professions and the required qualifications.

The right choice of profession as a positive effect on performance, and the quality of labor, therefore, work achievements of employees are one of the most important success criteria of choice of profession.

The most important psychological success criteria of occupation and place of work is the satisfaction of human choice made. To assess the level of satisfaction with the profession, place and nature of the work, salary use tests and questionnaires.

Success comes where people are well prepared for the concrete work, have similar life orientations, trained profession soldered friendship, which is achieved as a result of long-term, properly organized educational work. The failure appears where the main emphasis is on appeal, on the promise of material and other benefits / 17 /.

Considering the theory of vocational guidance, to touch and the ethical side of the topic.

In career counseling ethical issues can be considered in two related levels: the readiness optanta to the selection and implementation of a particular moral position and the readiness to provide vocational counselor psychologist optantu real help in this self-determination, without any ethical violations were interaction psychologist with the client.

Basic ethical contradictions of professional self, often a source of problems of values and moral character:

contradiction between the individual's right to self-determination and

his unwillingness to this that forms the basis for the adoption of a consultant

solutions for the client, and sometimes manipulating counselee client;

contradiction between the interests of society and a specific individual, which may not always be the same;

contradiction between the ideology of the psychologist and his client;

contradiction between the high and noble aspirations of vocational counselor and limitations in this aspiration adequate working methods;

contradiction between the high and noble aspirations and vocational counselor explicitly pragmatizmom our times, when many customers simply want to "get better in this life" and they are not always interested in the problems of personal and moral self-improvement;

the contradiction between the various ethical systems and their level of mastery of different people.

When predicting the effectiveness of professional self-expression (plans, tips) may disagree with things (real choice). If we consider the qualitative criterion profkonsultatsionnoy work, it is more important than specific recommendation, and formation of a counselee's ability to navigate the ever-changing situations, which involves being willing to adjust their own initial career plans.

Personal guidance system - an organized, controlled the activities of various government agencies, enterprises, institutions, schools, and families, aimed at improving the professional and social self-determination of people in the interests of the individual and society as a whole.

At each stage of social development, the system of vocational guidance to solve certain problems. The overall goal of career guidance - training the person to inform choice of profession, to meet the personal interests and social needs / 16 /.

1.2 Problems of career guidance work in schools

Secondary School as one of the most important parts of the education system should assist students in adapting to the new economic relations, to create educational prerequisites for the development of their intellectual and personal potential, to raise awareness of the various aspects of modern professions. Orientation to the professional work and the choice of their professional future should act as an integral part of the educational process. The school aims to help students in their professional self-determination and choice of occupation Tailor, aptitudes, abilities and demand in the labor market.

Growing problem of employment of graduates of vocational schools and colleges, even public universities are increasingly oriented to meet the needs of the people in education, rather than on meeting the needs of the economy in the frames of workers and specialists of the profile, resulting in a market trades and education market are virtually unrelated.

According to the experts, such facilities for vocational guidance in schools as resource base, the availability of personnel capable of carrying out such work at the right level, the availability of scientific and methodological literature, as well as informing schools about the most popular professions in the labor market could be better .

Until now, to some extent a matter of debate about who should be engaged in the professional orientation of students. Today, it involved educators, teachers of industrial education and class teachers. Connected as subject teachers and school psychologists. There must be engaged in vocational guidance work in the first place, psychologists and social workers. Others - to the extent possible (or necessary). It also assumes that constantly conduct professional work has a relatively narrow range of trained persons owning modern methods and hardware / 18 /.

What exactly is being done in schools for professional orientation of students? The following are typical professional orientation activities that are more or less systematically in schools:

formation of positive attitude of students to work;

holding the course "Fundamentals of occupational choice";

implementation of professional information to students (about jobs, the labor market, the institutions where you can get a specialty);

professional learning plans school graduating classes;

identification of the structure of interests and aptitudes of the students;

conducting professional counseling students;

Dianel implementation skills;

detection of deviations Student Health and determining suitability for medical reasons;

Engagement with parents about the educational choices with their children;

organization of the production of primary schooling;

passing students of industrial training in the Criminal Procedure Code;

exhibitions of technical and artistic creativity;

field trips to businesses, organizations, different types of institutions.

Thus, at the forefront of work with students is not so much to determine their readiness for a given (chosen) profession as prognozirovanie ethic and sense (personal) suitability for the profession which in the short term. But because such a shift in emphasis in vocational counselor certainly not all will be understood and accepted, the "forward-looking" for adolescents in professional and personal self-determination must be carried out discreetly, preferably even against the background of traditional tasks profkonsultatsii.

When you highlight the results and performance of vocational guidance work should focus not so much on the results (selection) as the formation of the willingness to make a choice, that is, willingness to self-determination. From here you can specify the number of primary (ideal) objective career guidance, which consists in the gradual formation of a student's readiness for the inner self and conscious planning, updating and implementation of the development prospects (professional, and personal life), ie willingness to consider themselves as part of developing a certain time, space and meaning. Essence profkonsultatsionnoy assistance is to help the young person to find personally significant meanings in the chosen work, and in the process of professional self, allowing him to become the real subject of his choice / 19 /.

Best preparation for school-to-work contributes to a special course on the basics of choosing a profession that already can be done, since the 8 th grade. But the most effective way to detect and development of children's abilities is immersion in relevant activities, which alone can reveal their abilities.

Analyzing the state of career guidance at school, it can be said that, despite the extremely difficult conditions, especially financial, material and technical support, it continues to be. And there is a willingness of schools to improve it.

1.3 Professional advice

Professional advice (from Lat. Profession - occupation, consultatio - meeting) - Scientific-organized information about jobs that is designed primarily for young people graduating from secondary school, for practical help in choosing a career with the aptitudes, interests and abilities of mature and needs of society.

Professional advice should have information on the roles and perspectives of each profession, personnel requirements, the content of employment, socio-economic and sanitary status of the profession, how to vocational training, on the one hand, and those requirements that apply to the profession of the person his mental characteristics, the medical and physiological indications and contraindications for the profession - other / 20 /.

This is a system to provide effective assistance in the employment of human self-determination, based on the study lichnosti.K. K. Platonov profkonsultatsiyu regards as aid man in professional self and identifies three stages in this paper: preparatory, completing and clarifying.

Preparatory profkonsultatsiya examinee must bring to the conscious and the correct choice of a profession, it is during the period of study.

Profkonsultatsii final goal - to help choose a profession in accordance with the interests, aptitudes and abilities psychophysical personality. The consultation carried out by specialists, vocational counselor with the leaders.

Refines profkonsultatsiya often beyond the school and carried out in vocational schools, universities, businesses / 21 /.

At each stage of profkonsultatsiya has a different character. To choose a profession can only person who can work hard, overcome adversity, a person has a sense of responsibility for their work, to properly evaluate their abilities. Therefore, the first phase of a person to choose a profession is impossible without the development of self-esteem and positive personality traits. Consequently, profkonsultatsiya is developing character.

In the second phase profkonsultatsiya is a recommendation. It solves the following main tasks: matching health requirements chosen profession, the psychological readiness of the individual to master the chosen profession, background information about the content and nature of work, opportunities for special education, training and employment. According to these problems are isolated and profkonsultatsii three types: psychological, educational, medical, and reference (professional nature).

To conduct psychological and educational counseling use data pre profdiagnostiki personality. Medical profkonsultatsiyu spend in advance to allow a person to go alone to the right choice of profession, based on the state of his health and the requirements for human occupation.

Separate profession more demanding to the psychological characteristics of the individual. Inconsistency personal qualities of the worker profession requirements may overload the nervous system, and sometimes the disease. If, after comparing the medical and psycho-pedagogical study with professional orientation to light contraindications, vocational counselor should tactfully and convincingly explain the examinee is impossible to make them choose the profession and to recommend the most appropriate to him.

The third stage profkonsultatsii associated with the receipt of the person in the professional school. It may be called formative, the main task at this stage - to help people to establish themselves in the professional choice / 22 /.

The right choice of profession - a necessary condition for professional and social growth of the individual. In profkonsultatsionnoy work widely used profkonsultatsionnaya conversation. It performs several functions: evaluation, diagnostic, monitored and corrected.

Study the function of conversation - is the process of active communication. As you explore the consultant must show himself interested in the problems faced by man. Diagnostic function conversation involves identifying customer willingness to discuss the issue of choosing a profession and professional intentions. Implementation of diagnostic functions are special techniques of conversation - it's redundant and indirect questions to verify the accuracy and objectivity of the answers.

The final part of the conversation does mostly corrective role, if necessary. Reveals errors, and wrong position argued counselee, is a joint search for the correct solution to the problem of professional self.

Thus, under profkonsultatsiey we understand to help those people who choose to work in the way of life, but in any case not to impose their judgments, not substitute the human right to free choice of profession / 23 /.

1.4 Method professional diagnostics and vocational guidance

Vocational guidance is to assist career choice according to individual abilities, aptitudes and personality characteristics, as well as the opportunities that society is man. One of the important forms of career guidance is a professional counseling, during which the diagnostic abilities, inclinations and orientation of the person using a specially developed technique. In our country, the best known method for studying the habits and professional interests is the DDO questionnaire designed EA Klimov. In this part of the thesis describes the DDO questionnaire and the methodology "Map AE Golomshtok interests" test and measurement of achievement motivation Mehrabian.

1.4.1 The differential diagnostic EA Questionnaire Klimova

Differential-diagnostic questionnaire (DDO) was developed interests EA Klimov. The basis of the questionnaire on the idea of the division of all existing jobs into 5 types on the basis of the subject or the object interacts with people at work.

The first group is a profession type of person - the nature, where the object of labor are living organisms, plants, animals and biological processes. This includes such professions as an agronomist, livestock, veterinarian, gardener, forester, etc.

The second group consists of the profession, which are based on the relationship man - technology, subject of labor are technical systems, machines, apparatus and installations, materials and energy. These professions are radio mechanic, turner, mechanic, driver, tractor driver, an engineer.

The third group consists of professional type of person - a person, where the object of labor are the people, groups, collectives. Specialty - the service sector, healthcare, education, law, etc.

The fourth group consists of professional type of person - a sign system. The objects are symbols, ciphers, codes, tables. In this region there are proofreaders, programmers, typists, statistics, economists.

Group D - professions associated with the relationship man - artistic image. The object of this work are the images of art, their role, the elements and features. To title type include, for example, such a degree, as a jeweler, photographer, musician, artist, art historian, writer, artist, etc.

The above types can not be strictly limited, taking into account only the dominant features characteristic of each of these types. Placed before the subject task - to give, do not hesitate to answer questions on the 20 pairs of DDO.

The result can be expressed as an algebraic sum. These results and will characterize the region of the most appropriate use of force under test. But it should be said that the results DDO only be somewhat characterized by its ability at the moment.

Test-retest reliability of the results when tested in 1 - 3 months. (Infinite discussions with students) and the results of the first test in different groups from 0.61 to 0.84.

1.4.2 Map professional interest and professional orientation (a modification of the AE Golomshtok)

"Map of interest" is a modified version of the method published by EA Golomshtok in the book "Professional orientation in school." Modification of the Institute of Vocational Education employees made.

Card interest is to study the interests and aptitudes of the students to the various areas. Such areas in this technique are 29: physics, mathematics, chemistry, astronomy, biology, medicine, agriculture, literature, journalism, history, art, geology, geography, social work, law, transportation, education, working professions, services, construction, light industry, machinery, electrical engineering. "Map of interest" includes 174 questions on each area of activity account for 6 issues.

Processing of answer sheet is to count the number of positive and negative responses for each of the 29 criteria. Line, to get the maximum advantages, indicate preferred areas of activity, in assessing the direction of interest test should be the first consideration. If the number of pros in a few lines the same, the predominant interest of the ones that contain fewer flaws. For the most reliable conclusions drawn attention also to the line with the most disadvantages.

Taken into account when interpreting the data and the distribution of advantages and disadvantages of horizontal. The first two columns show answer sheet surface interests and hobbies. The next two columns contain information about the inclinations, the quest for deeper knowledge. The last two columns give the idea of the development tendencies and the presence of some skills and the desire to practice. A lot of pluses indicates a well-developed professional interests. Small number of pluses and minuses indicate a large number of unformed cognitive and professional interests.

Questionnaire conducted by the group method.

1.4.3 Test questionnaire measuring achievement motivation (modification questionnaire Mehrabian)

Important for determining the identity of the professional have an idea about the direction of the activity of the individual, on the drivers of behavior and activity, which leads to the need for information about the development of need-motivational sphere of personality. One of the most important factors influencing the direction of human behavior, including in the professional sphere, is the motivation to achieve. The study of achievement motivation theory began with the advent of the American scientist J. McClelland. Since then, to measure achievement motivation, a number of special questionnaires and procedures for projective techniques.

Questionnaire to measure trends rezultatiruyuschey achievement motivation (RAM) was developed in 1969, GA Mehrabianom. The test has two forms, male and female. It is based on the theory of achievement motivation, J. Atkinson. In the selection of test items from the individual differences of people with motives desire for success (MS), and avoidance of failure (Mn) in the behavior, motivation to achieve deterministic. The features of the level of claims, emotional reactions to success and failure, the difference in orientation to the future, depending on the factor-independence in interpersonal relations, etc.

In the design of the test method was used factor analysis, and the final version of the scale contained on 26 points. Test register after 20 weeks for the male version 0.78, and for the female - 0.72. For validation using various empirical criteria. Also determined convergent and discriminant validity with some projective methods and questionnaires. This technique is very popular in various countries and is used especially in the study of the cognitive components of achievement motivation, in particular causal attribution.

Mehrabian technique measures the resulting tendency of achievement motivation as well as items are based on comparative claims. So the answer to item indicates prevails over whether Ms MH or vice versa. High rates of this test indicate a tendency to achieve (Mc> Mn), and the low - the tendency of avoidance (Mc <Mn).

Modification of the test questionnaire Mehrabian proposed MS Magomed-Eminovs (1988) and is intended for the diagnosis of two generalized stable motives of personality: the motive desire for success and the motive of avoiding failure. Thus evaluated which of these two motifs in the subject dominates.

Technique is used for research purposes in the diagnosis of achievement motivation among older students.

Test is a questionnaire, which has two forms - male (form A) and female (Form B) / 24 /.

The study was conducted from February 16 to March 27. In the tests involved students grades 10-11 secondary school number 82, the number of 45 people. These results allowed us to draw the following conclusion: all students are well informed about the world of professions, some have skills in a particular field. However, the personal choice of future profession did not all. The study revealed the presence of developed interests, aptitudes and abilities, but among students in Grade 10, there are some who do not chose the profession because of uncertainty about the correct choice or variety of professions.

Since the school is a practicing psychologist, in this case, we can recommend to hold individual professional advice or remedial work with those who are not able to independently and deliberately choose your career path.

2.1 Overview of the software tools to design TESTS

At present, the market for software development, there is a huge variety of programs from the powerful software systems to simple compilers and interpreters. Development tools such as Borland C + + (and generally means constructed on the basis of the programming language C + +) are flexible in options and allow you to build complex software systems, but require a very high level programming from the developer. This powerful package like Microsoft Visual Studio (built in the language C + +), allowing to build a visual interface of the application, does not require one week of development even for experienced programmers.

The second most popular programming language - Pascal (Pascal). He has more easy to understand syntax and command set makes it easier to implement some features. On the basis of the language compiler (actually Object Pascal, an object-oriented version of Pascal) constructed a RAD-tool (rapid application development), as Borland Delphi, which combines two such important aspects as a visual programming and the availability of simple and accessible means of database / 6,8,25,26,27 /.

To develop automated test was chosen programming environment Borland Delphi. Among all the existing versions, we have chosen development environment Delphi 5 because it makes it easy to build your application interface and easy to work with databases.

2.2 Description visual programming environments Borland Delphi
