3.2 Analysis of the conduct of research

Based on analysis of the literature on career guidance / 10,17,21,22,33,34,35,36 / and using techniques designed to assist in choosing a career according to individual abilities, aptitudes and personality characteristics, as well as opportunities provided by the person society / 24 /, we conducted a survey of senior professional orientation. With these tests, we were able to assess the direction of the individual vocational guidance, explore interests and inclinations of the students to the various fields of activity, and to identify which of the two distributions of stable personality motives: the motive desire for success or failure of the motive of avoiding the subject's dominant. The study was conducted from February 16 to March 27. The study involved 45 students 10 - 11 years of secondary school № 82 of Krasnoyarsk.

After processing the test results we obtained the results of individual and group study. Individual results were obtained by the technique of "differential diagnostic questionnaire (DDO), AE Klimov interests" and "Map of interest." Group test results obtained by the method of "achievement motivation" / 37 /.

To assess the professional direction by analyzing the preferences of various human activities on nature the origin was the differential-diagnostic questionnaire (DDO) interests. The basis of the questionnaire on the idea of ??the division of all existing jobs into 5 types on the basis of the subject or the object interacts with people at work. Calculated for each column sum plus point to the predominance of the subject's tendency to a particular field of activity. The results of each test are the number of points obtained. In first place is the highest score, followed by lower, etc. Individual test results by this method are presented in the summary table (see Tables 3.4 - 3.7)

Map of professional interests and professional orientation is designed to study the interests and aptitudes of the students to the various areas. Such areas in this technique are 29. Line, to get the maximum advantages, indicate preferred areas of activity, in the evaluation of the test towards the interests of their account in the first place. The level of expression of interest is determined by the following scale:> 8 - a high level of expression of interest, 5 - 7 - severity level above average, 1 - 4 - Medium (5) - 0 - below average, <6 - low. Individual test results by this method are presented in Table 3.1, 3.2 and Table 3.3.

Group test results were obtained from tests, questionnaires measuring achievement motivation, which is intended for the diagnosis of two generalized stable motives of personality: the motive desire for success and the motive of avoiding failure. Thus evaluated which of these two motives in subjects prevails.

Based on the calculation of the total score, we determined what the motivational tendency dominates in the subject. Points total sample of subjects in the study were ranked and identified two contrasting groups. According to the results of the test revealed that the top 27% of the sample of subjects characterized motive desire for success, and the bottom 27% - the motive of avoiding failure. Subjects who were not caught in these groups is not clearly expressed, neither one nor the other motive of the individual. The test results are shown in Table 3.8, 3.9 and Table 3.10.

These results allowed us to draw the following conclusion: all students are well informed about the world of professions, some have skills in a particular field. However, the choice of future profession did not all. The study revealed the presence of developed interests, aptitudes and abilities, but among students in Grade 10, there are some who do not chose the profession because of uncertainty about the correct choice or variety of professions.

4. The economic part

Based on this study, the aim of which is to develop an automated test for high school students professional orientation that can help them choose a future profession, the economic calculations made in order to clearly see how much money is spent on this work.

Definition of Labor Event

Calculation of labor base case. Testing a group of 30 people, 40 minutes of travel time = 0.7 hours, the processing of a single test - 10 minutes.

Ah. Part B = 0.7 + (10 x 30) = 5.7 h h

Calculation of labor in a projected version. Testing a group of 30 people spent 0.7 hours to place the computer in a single test - 5 minutes.

Ah. Part PR = 0.7 + (5 x 30) = 3.2 h h

Pricing office

The basic version does not provide for the use of office equipment. In the projective version uses computer cost 20,000 rubles. Standard time PC is in year two thousand hours. Life of your computer - 5 years. Price computer (CC) on the program:

Pk = 20000: 5: 2000 x 3.2 = 6.4 rubles.

Determination of costs for activities

Payroll preparation

The calculation is based on the size of the hourly wage of the psychologist of 20 rubles / hour

ZW = 20 x 5.7 = 114 rubles.

ZPPR = 20 x 3.2 = 64 rubles.

Payroll accruals made extra-budgetary funds in the amount of 35.6% of the gross wage

NC. part B = 114 x 0.356 = 40.6 rubles.

NC. § PR = 64 x 0.356 = 22.8 rubles.

The calculation of depreciation

The rate of depreciation on the computer 12% per year of its value. Depreciation (A) on the program:

A = 6.4 x 0.12 = 0.8 rubles.

Calculating the cost of repair and maintenance of the computer (Pk)

The average cost of repairs and maintenance is taken at 10% per annum of the cost of the computer

Pk = 6.4 x 0.1 = 0.6 rubles.

Calculating the cost of the cartridge (K)

We assume that the annual operation computer (2 thousand hours) flow cartridge is 1300 rubles., While on the program:

K = 1300: 2000 x 3.2 = 2.08 rubles.

Calculating the cost of forms (Bl)

The cost of one form of 1 ruble. Costs forms the base case:

BLB = 30 x 1 = 30 rubles.

Costs of forms in projective version:

BlPR = 30 x 1 = 30 rubles.

Calculating the cost of electricity (REL)

Electricity consumption for the computer power is calculated from the current collector (N), operation time (T), price (C) and the correction factors

Rel = (N ? CWR * * KN KW T ? ? C) / Kз, where

N - a computer installed power 0.4 kW;

CWR - the load factor on time, 0.6;

KW - loss in the network, 0.8;

T - time work hours;

RN - the load factor for power, 0.5;

Kз - efficiency, 0.65;

C - cost of 1 kW. hours of electricity

E = (0,4 * 0,6 * 0,5 * 0,8 • 3,2 • 0,54) / 0,65 = 0,25 rub.

Calculation of other costs (Pr)

Other expenditures made in the amount of 80% of the wage costs

Costs in the base case:

FCF = 114 x 0.8 = 91.2 rubles.

Costs in the projected form:

PrPR = 64 x 0.8 = 51.2 rubles.

After the calculation of costs determined by the amount of costs (B) for the activities and cost savings. The data summarized in Table 4.1.

Table 4.1 - Calculation of costs

The basic version of the cost items, BZ projective version, mental retardation

1. Wages 114 64

2. Charges on wages 40.6 22.8

3. 0.8 Depreciation ______

4. Maintenance and repair 0.6 ______

5. Cartridge costs ______ 2.08

6. Electricity ______ 0.25

7. Cost of forms 30 30

8. Other expenses 91.2 51.2

Total costs 275.8 171.73

Cost savings (Eze):

Ez = ST - CRA

Then save the program:

Ez = 275.8 - 171.73 = 104.07 rubles.

After the calculation of the cost savings to make calculations of economic efficiency in terms of making up the results and costs. Because the projected investments of variants (BPI), then you need to determine what their return. Purchase of a computer - a long-term financial transaction, so to determine the present value using a discount factor (б), allowing to bring the financial equivalent of a future sum of money to the modern value. Annual savings (Egod) is defined as the difference reduced costs compared alternatives for

Egod Az = - б x IV, where

б - a discount factor that reflects the annual interest rate of bank loans in the amount of 0.27.

Egod = 104.07 - 0.27 x 6.4 = 102.35 rubles.

Conclusion:

1. When working with the CBT for professional orientation savings is 104.07 rubles.

2. Cost-effectiveness of a decision is 102.35 rubles.

3. The social effect is that it increases the speed of the desired material is not difficult to find information effectively and quickly the student can get help, and the teacher in this case can extend their knowledge and adjust their future work, as well as to address the gaps in computer literacy.

5.1 Environmental significance of holding RESEARCH

In the complex global challenges of modern humanity, representing the concentrated expression of the difficulties and complexities of social and spiritual development of our civilization, whose solution requires the combined efforts of all mankind, a significant place is the protection of the environment. But the solution to this problem is closely related to the solution of other global problems of modern humanity, especially issues such as rational and integrated use of natural resources, an active population policy and the revival of international cooperation in the field of scientific research and the use of scientific and technological revolution, for the welfare of mankind.

Awareness of the problem as a global environmental crisis of modern humanity, which is often expressed in local and international framework, developed gradually. At first, in the early clashes with the problems of the ecological crisis, the prevailing awareness that these problems can be solved relatively easily - taking into account the knowledge of ecology and application of appropriate techniques and technologies, with simultaneous elimination of harmful actions. However, over time it became clear that the solution of environmental problems is not such an easy thing, which monitored the phenomenon of the ecological crisis is not only in the field of environmental knowledge and technical and technological solutions in the area of isolated subjects. Social, economic and political conjuncture in the world significantly determines the opportunities and methods to curb the negative impacts on the living environment and provides a set of fundamental indirect effects of environmental crisis / 38 /.

Development of the industry has led to the degradation of the environment first in local and regional scales. With the intensive development of industry, environmental pollution and its effects not only pass local boundaries, but also borders. The technological revolution has enabled man to successfully master the environment, but it also resulted in a significant adverse change in the man-nature-society. Past experience has shown that the safety measures required in order to protect the environment, are not sufficient to protect against the harmful effects of intensive development of nature, and for their effectiveness often requires the cooperation of several states.

Protection of the living environment from pollution by chemicals every day is not only difficult, but also less effective in one country. Toxic substances can bring and bring, for example, winds from other countries. Protection from hazardous chemicals is in those countries where they are produced, but in the countries where these materials are imported, no such protection. The danger posed by chemicals for the environment and show the following information: Today science knows about 4 million chemical compounds, of which 7000 are used every day, and half of chemicals used in commerce, life threatening.

Growth of environmental pollution is a serious environmental problem, which often can not be addressed successfully in the borders of one state, because groundwater basins - geological formations, not adhering to state boundaries, and they are the common property of two or more countries. Over-exploitation of groundwater can lead to a number of negative consequences - from soil to flooding dezortifikatsii.

Contamination of the human environment is not only through the air and water, but also the import of so-called dirty technologies. In recent years, industrialized countries that have implemented more stringent regulations on measures to protect the environment in the pursuit of profit, place their "dirty industry" in developing countries, resulting in the contamination of air in them, and the frequent mass poisoning of workers. To prevent such cases to the international regulation of placement "dirty industry."

Rational relationship to nature can not be achieved only by the actions of a narrow circle of people, more or less determine the path of social development and establishing the attitude of society to nature. Rational approach to the nature of society requires a change in the behavior of millions of people who are somehow involved in the development of nature.

Right to working conditions that ensure the integrity of the person in the workplace, should be considered and understood in the context of the totality of social relations that are established and developed in the local government system. The conditions under which a protection of physical integrity in the workplace, are provided by technical protection. These measures are based on scientific knowledge about the potential negative impact of the elements (physical) work environment, the application of these measures required / 39 /.

People participating in the labor process, realizes itself in all components of a body-organic being (straining their bodies, which works), as the psychic being (being constantly in a state of purposeful will - attention) as value-being (conceived exercise goals), being needs (during the activity must meet their needs). Consequently, the conditions should ensure their safety completely, that is not to threaten neither physical nor mental or moral integrity of his.

Modern studies of the human condition in a commercial environment, particularly in the industrial working environment, showed that mental health problems can occur both because of the negative content, and because of the nature of this activity. In implementing the working conditions in the workplace, which is protected mental integrity of the person, the workers and the organization of associated labor must take into account the most common types of mental disorders integrity (psychoneurosis, psychosis, etc.) and try to eliminate the causes leading to these violations. Between the mentally afflicted person and its environment occurs disharmony, it is reflected in the relationships between people in the workplace and have a negative impact on motivation. It should be borne in mind that, for example, neurotic disorders occur due to mental factors (excitement, emotional stress, etc.), and this is usually the result of pressure on the individual's environment or the result of his inner struggle. Protection against his people has been fighting for the sake of better socio-economic conditions, and in competition with the other - the struggle for prestige, emotional security, recognition, a sense of satisfaction / 40 /.

Our research was designed to study the professional orientation of the individual. The study was concluded that the time identified the interests and inclinations of students have a significant effect on the correct career choice. Profession - a kind of work, employment, requiring some training and are the source of existence. The right choice of profession - a necessary condition for professional and social growth of the individual.

Establish themselves in life is the desire of every person. Realize themselves in their chosen profession in one of the important aspects of human existence is important. Realize themselves here as a man is satisfied with the process of labor, and the nature of the activity. Here to talk about mental health problems do not have to. In this case, the person is alive and growing in harmony in a society that pushes itself and the modern requirements for the implementation of an activity.

Thus, activities of vocational guidance is a prerequisite for personnel training. In order to maintain and develop human resources in the community for the provision of training, one must take into account the direction and pace of social change, as well as to focus on the development of the human personality resources that determine the effectiveness of his work in market relations.

5.2 Software BC

Safety is an integral part of the organization of labor and production. The effectiveness of the labor protection and safety is largely determined by the clarity and organization and management. Computer technology has become firmly established in the life and professional activities of man. Information technology today serve as a powerful catalyst for scientific and educational process / 41 /.

Work in electronic office supersaturated diverse means of communication and computing, is inextricably linked with the computer. In this regard, the most important aspect of the organization of labor is its safety and security. Labor protection should be in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation and to the established on its territory regulations, health standards and regulations, which include: the Law of the Russian Federation "0 sanitary-epidemiological welfare of the population," the RF Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights" Federal Law "On certification of products and services," federal health regulations, norms and hygienic standards developed Gosepidnadzorom Russia on various production activities on the safety of the machines, machinery equipment production facilities, for fire protection and safety. In the development of measures of safety should also be guided by the scientific developments in the field of medicine, health and the prevention of occupational diseases / 42 /.

Particular nature and working conditions, a significant mental stress and other pressures lead to a change in working on computers functioning of the nervous system, neuromuscular system hands. Unsustainable design and layout of the workplace make it necessary to maintain the desired position. Prolonged discomfort pozitonicheskoe causes increased muscle tension and causes the development of general fatigue and performance. In continuous operation for the display screen of the operators a marked strain of the visual apparatus with the appearance of complaints of job dissatisfaction, headaches, irritability, sleep disturbance, fatigue and pain in the eyes, lower back, neck, arms, etc.

1) Work on a computer running should relate to grades 1-2 for hygienic working conditions, its weight must not exceed the optimum, and the intensity of allowable values ("Hygienic classification of the USSR Ministry of Labour" № 4137-86).

2.1) Production facilities must be designed according to requirements of SNIP 2.09.04-87 "Administrative and domestic buildings and premises of industrial enterprises" and CH-519-78, "Instructions for the design of buildings and facilities of the computer."

2.2.1) Accommodation facilities and computer technology should be implemented according to the principle of uniformity of the work performed.

2.2.2) The computers are installed and located in accordance with the specifications of the manufacturer. The minimum width of aisles from the front of the remote computer and control panels with single-row its location must be at least 1 m., With two-row - not less than 1.2 m Jobs with displays should be placed together at a distance of less than 1.5 m

2.2.3) Area of the premises for one person should be provided of not less than 6m2, have natural light during daylight factor (efficiency is about.) Not less than 1% and organized air.

3) The permissible levels of sound pressure, sound level and equivalent sound levels in the workplace must comply with "Sanitary norms of permissible noise levels in the workplace" № 3223-85.

4) The lighting in the room should be mixed (natural and artificial). The coefficient of natural light shall comply with the conditions of the SNP P-4-79 "Natural and artificial lighting. Design standards. " When the category of high visual accuracy of KE. should not be lower than 1.5%, with an average accuracy of visual work - not less than 1%. Orientation svetoproemov for rooms with a computer should be north.

4.1) The value of artificial lighting for high visual accuracy (rank 111, subclass "G") for general illumination shall be not less than 200 liters. because, for works of visual medium accuracy (level 4, subclass of "A" and "B") shall be respectively at least 300 liters. because

5) organization of the workplace should be based on a modern ergonomic requirements. The design of the working furniture (tables, chairs, stools) should enable individual adjustment to exclude so awkward postures and prolonged static stresses the body.

b) The requirements of video terminal device must meet the following specifications:

6.1) light up the screen brightness of 100 cd / m The minimum size of a luminous point - not more than 0.4 mm for the monochrome display and not more than 0, BMM - for color display. The image contrast of the sign - at least 0.8.

Conclusion

In our time, the problem of vocational guidance is quite relevant. Relevance of the topic is indicated by the fact that in modern society the problem of training and self-determination has been paid more attention. However, the current reality does not allow content available in this area developments. In this situation, increase the value of the school career guidance of students. Insufficient elaboration of these problems led to the choice of theme thesis. The work was commissioned by the school № 82, so the application level.

The present level of information technology can qualitatively improve the professional work of the school psychologist. Because in addition to the usual methods of career counseling of students (questionnaires, tests), now increasingly used and computer.

This thesis was to study the professional orientation of the individual and creating automated techniques for studying the professional orientation of students 10 - 11 years of secondary school № 82. Automated methods are intended for the teaching staff of secondary school № 82 of Krasnoyarsk.

The hypothesis of the study was such that the time identified the interests and inclinations of students have a significant effect on the correct career choice.

To test this hypothesis, we used the method of testing. We apply methods were independently selected and tested. We applied the techniques of this battery is because it fully reflects the essence of our research.

With these tests, we were able to assess the direction of the individual vocational guidance, explore interests and inclinations of the students to the various fields of activity, and to identify which of the two distributions of stable personality motives: the motive desire for success or failure of the motive of avoiding the subject's dominant.

As part of the thesis was a study which aims to study the professional orientation of the individual in accordance with individual abilities, aptitudes and personality characteristics. The study was conducted from February 16 to March 27. The study involved 45 students 10 - 11 years of secondary school № 82 of Krasnoyarsk.

It is very important that we have put together a psychological problem with information technology and based on these automated methods of investigation of senior professional orientation to facilitate the work of psychologists and teachers. Automated test software package easy to use. Test automation can save time when filling test forms and the processing of the results, which can affect the speed of the results and if necessary, perform corrective action based on the results of testing.

Research has proven that time identified the interests and inclinations of students contribute to the correct choice of profession.

These results allowed us to test the following conclusion: all students are well informed about the world of professions, some have skills in a particular field. However, the choice of future profession did not all. The study revealed the presence of developed interests, aptitudes and abilities, but among students in Grade 10, there are some who do not chose the profession because of uncertainty about the correct choice or variety of professions.

Indeed, the sooner will the work on career guidance to high school students, the faster the self and well-thought-out choice of future profession.
