У статті досліджено і теоретично узагальнено педагогічні умови, які націлені на використання інформаційних технологій майбутніми лікарями як засобу самовдосконалення, серед яких впровадження у навчальний процес моніторингу рівнів розвитку самовдосконалення засобами інформаційних технологій серед студентів, забезпечення активного використання студентами програм МКХ-10, ІСРС-2 та «Мала експертна система 2.0», організація самостійної позааудиторної діяльності студентів засобами інформаційних технологій з метою їхного саморозвитку, забезпечення навчального процесу штатом викладачів з потужною практичною підготовкою до використання ІТ в освітньому процесі, та формування середовища націленого на посилення мотивації майбутніх лікарів до використання інформаційних технологій в навчанні та професійній діяльності.

The article examined and theoretically summarized pedagogical conditions aimed at using information technologies by future physicians as a means of self-improvement, among which are introduction in the educational process of monitoring the levels of self-improvement development by means of information technologies among students, ensuring active use of programs of ICD-10, ICRC-2 and «Small expert system 2.0», Organization of independent activity of students by means of information technologies with the purpose of their self-development, provision of educational process by staff of teachers with powerful practical preparation for use of it in educational process, and formation of an environment aimed at strengthening motivation of future physicians to use information technologies in teaching and professional activity.
It has been established that pedagogical conditions of development of self-perfection of future physicians by means of it are complex of mutually conditioned and mutually dependent informational factors and methodical measures of pedagogical process, which provide updating of the contents of training, application of new methods and technologies, purposeful formation of components of pedagogical competence in future specialists and, is the result, improvement of the quality of self-improvement development to the future professional activity.
Observance of the allocated pedagogical conditions contributes to the teacher's awareness of their professional essence, effective self-improvement, self-realization and self-actualization, when a teacher of higher school becomes the creator of their life and professional circumstances, self-determination in professional activities.
So, having analyzed different researchers points of view in relation to interpretation of this phenomenon, obviously, that pedagogical conditions in the context of our the research has not yet been considered. So, based on the analysis of a number of antenatal and prenatal care we determine our own practical experience pedagogical conditions of future physicians self-improvement development by means of it as a complex mutually agreed and mutually dependent information factors and methodological measures the pedagogical process, which provides updating of the content of education, application modern methods and technologies, purposeful formation of components in future specialists pedagogical competence and, as a result, - improvement of quality of development self-improvement to the future professional activities.

Formulation and justification of the relevance of the problem. The intensity of the information flow growth, the pace of scientific and technical progress and the depth of public requests for a competitive specialist require higher education institutions, medical institutions, in particular, training of a specialist capable of possessing a broad world view, effectively integrating his potential in the activity, meeting the modern level of science development and the requirements of society capable of self-development and self-improvement, using innovative information technologies throughout life.
The modern educational paradigm, namely, the new strategy of its reform, is aimed at finding innovative approaches to scientifically grounded and consistent organizational and pedagogical support of its development. One of the ways of realization of the set tasks is the consistent introduction of effective pedagogical conditions, which will ensure readiness of future physicians to develop self-perfection by means of information technologies.
Analysis of recent studies and publications. Study of the problem of pedagogical conditions development of self-improvement specialists dedicated their work a number of domestic scientists such as A. Aleksyuk, V. Andreev, A. Ayurzanine, L. Borisyuk, M. Boritko, Yu. Bohan, A. Vardanyan, B. Gershunsky, C. Goncharenko, I. Humenna, T. Gutan. Nevertheless, analysis of literary studies shows that the problem of the development of future physicians self-improvement were given IT resources tiny attention and solution to this problem requires it to be deeper and it to be more deeply researched.
The purpose of the article is to justify pedagogic conditions of self-improvement formation of future physician's self-improvement by means of IT. Development of readiness of future physicians selfimprovement by means of IT is a rather complicated process, the effectiveness of which depends on implementation and adherence to certain pedagogical conditions. The concept of «pedagogical conditions» applies various aspects of all components of the process learning, education and development: goals, content, principles, methods, forms, means, etc. It canbe applied to holistic learning educational process in characterization pedagogical system or its individual parties or elements. As a rule, under pedagogical conditions are understood as such that specifically are created in the educational process for the purpose increase its efficiency or implementation certain innovations.
The issue of pedagogical conditions has become attention of many researchers.
Important for our development research of future physicians self-improvement by means of information technologies are presented analysis of a number of scientific works in which pedagogical conditions of development and formation of various aspects of professional were considered preparation of future physicians. According to Federov, pedagogical conditions are defined as a combination of objective content capabilities training, methods, organizational forms and the material possibilities of its implementation, that ensure successful solution of the set task [4].
Scientists A. Alexyuk, A. Ayurzanain, P. Podcasisty argue that pedagogical conditions influence the process of achieving the goal, at the same time they are divided into:
a) external: positive relations between the teacher and the student; objectivity of educational process evaluation; place of study, premises, climate, etc.;
b) internal (individual): individual properties of students (health, character traits, experience, skills, abilities, motivation, etc.) [1].
Substantiation of pedagogical conditions development of self-improvement of future physicians by means of information technologies will take place taking into account the essence of the characteristics of such methodological approaches, such as: axiological, personally oriented, subjective, active.
The purpose of the article. Methodological approach in the context of our research is the process of formation the highest-level personality professional achievements and professional achievements self-perfection of personality, professionalism is connected with high level of readiness to systematic professional self-development.
The main material of the study. A personally oriented approach is purposeful, systematic, specially organized pedagogical progress, which based on personal qualities and interests of students and promotes their further development.
A loyal approach proves that results of training of future specialists to continuous professional selfdevelopment visible only during the activity.
A subjective approach is the search for ways formation of creative personality, her aimed at finding a new one, non-standard in all spheres of activity human rights, development of creative possibilities for with special technologies.
The pedagogical conditions set by us are in close relationship between and together are aimed at achieving goal, namely self-improvement formation of future physicians by means of information technologies. Let us consider more detailed each of the pedagogical conditions, aimed at the use of information technologies by future physicians as a means self-improvement.
The first pedagogical condition is the formation of the environment aimed at strengthening motivation of future physicians to use information technologies in education and professional activity.
Motivation of the future physician before use of it in study and professional activity has two important components:
internal motivation of medical student - steady motive «to keep up with the times» - directly related to the content of professional activity and is based on a sustainable demand use modern it in medicine for optimization of physicians' work, informational systems to improve quality and efficiency provision of medical assistance to patients;
external motivation of the future physicians the use of it is conditioned by the circumstances, which not directly related to professional activity, for example, the need for self-perfection, self-assertion, social prestige, financial well-being, motives of recognition are medical and scientific community.
Thus, motivation of professional self-perfection of the specialist is a combination of all the conditions and conditions that are determinate, guide and regulate the process of professional self-improvement. Professional self-improvement is based on enough complex system of motives and caused by different sources of activity. The driving force and the leading source of development of the specialist is the need for self-change and self-perfection, what caused by disputes between motives professional activity and its purpose achievements under updated conditions.
The second pedagogical condition is provision the teaching process by the staff of the teachers with powerful practical preparation for use of it in educational process. This condition is separate for the purpose of providing organizational and pedagogical support of educational process in institutions of higher medical education that prepares the future physicians, aimed at development formation self-improvement of medical students from use of information technologies. The fact that the COVID-19 pandemic has changed the pace and the rhythm of life in all spheres of economic, spiritual, educational spaces. Spread of the disease has prompted governments in many countries around the world move the educational process to a remote one form. A large part of higher education institutions in Ukraine education in the world. In Ukraine also had higher education institutions distance learning has been introduced. Today distance learning is one of the most world's leading trends in education are this the technology implements the principle of continuous education and is able to satisfy constantly growing demand for knowledge in information society.
The second is suggested condition provides for the organization of a special scientific and methodical preparation of teachers to use of web-technologies in educational process in the institutions of higher education, in particular, on it departments. Such preparation should be complete dynamic process of theoretical provision practical assistance to teachers to use web technologies for organization training of future physicians based on achievements of science, advanced pedagogic experience and a specific analysis of the educational one the process of higher education institutions as a system of actions and measures, training and professional skills of each teacher.
Thethirdpedagogicalconditionisimplementation different approaches to the application of it under the time of the educational process. In the previous issue we have already defined levels of readiness of future physicians to self-improvement of information technologies, namely: basic (reproductive), sufficient (euretic), creative (creative).
We have a number of practical tasks based on personal orientation approach, according to each of the levels were disgruned from use of modern it for development self-improvement.
Tasks. Define average arithmetic, mean quadratic deviation, a mistake of representativeness, fashion and honey flow rate measurement results 8 patients to anesthesia.
According to levels:
basic (reproductive) level - make calculations in the notebook with formulas;
sufficient (euretic) - partially use the MSExel software package;
creative - to the solution the set goals must be applied statistical package of MS Exel data analysis.
The fourth pedagogical condition is organization of an independent non-audit activity of students by means of information technologies for their self-development.
Formation of readiness of future physicians contributes to self-improvement development and implementation in medical educational institution specially designed programs of non-audit events. The pedagogical dictionary «out-of-audit work” is defined as a special one organized and targeted out-of-audience classes, which are aimed at deepening and expansion of knowledge obtained under conditions educational process, formation of creative ones interests, various skills and skills. It is necessary to note that the role of it in professional training future physicians are constantly growing, promoting to increase interest to it itself, they use in professional activity, solution of a wide range of research institutions educational tasks. Audit activity students with the use of it contribute not only more qualitative training of graduates of the institution of higher medical education for professional activity in information society, but also the formation of development self-improvement of the specialist.
The fifth pedagogical condition is ensuring active use students of the programs MPC-10, ICRC-2 and «Small expert system 2.0».
International statistical classification Disease (ICD-10) is the main instrument statistical development of health information the population and the activities of the security institutions health. Its application ensures unity collection and comparison of data about health of the population, prevalence of diseases and their epidemiology, both within one country, and in different countries of the world.
For example, the use of code ICD-10 when codution of patients with suspicion or CO VID-19: U07.1 «2019-nCoV guest respiratory disease» - used as a companion diagnosis with the status of «final» for the confirmed cases. Situation recommendations on coding in ICD-10 and ICRC-2.
Situation. The patient returned from the country COVID-19 was found. There are no symptoms, but the patient is afraid of coronarus, therefore, calls a family physician for definition of further actions. Family physician gave advice and pointed to further algorithm of action (self-isolation and monitoring of in case of deterioration health to report or family physician, or call 103 when there is an increase in body temperature, dry cough and difficult breathing).
Observance of the selected pedagogical conditions promotes awareness of the teacher of his own professional essence, effective self-perfection, self-realization and self-actualization, when the teacher of the higher school turns into the creator of their vital and professional circumstances, selforiginal in professional activity.
Conclusions and prospects for future research directions
So, having analyzed different researchers points of view in relation to interpretation of this phenomenon, obviously, that pedagogical conditions in the context of our the research has not yet been considered. So, based on the analysis of a number of antenatal and prenatal care we determine our own practical experience pedagogical conditions of future physicians self-improvement development by means of it as a complex mutually agreed and mutually dependent information factors and methodological measures the pedagogical process, which provides updating of the content of education, application modern methods and technologies, purposeful formation of components in future specialists pedagogical competence and, as a result, - improvement of quality of development selfimprovement to the future professional activities [5].
