Educational and methodological support of the training of future social workers for youth work (from the experience of the Pavlo Tychyna Uman state pedagogical university)

The article notes that educational and methodological support of training future social workers for youth work is an important component of the educational process in a higher education institution. It was determined that the training of future social workers is carried out in accordance with state standards of higher education, educational programs, curricula for the educational levels of bachelor, master, doctor of philosophy. The purpose of the article is to carry out an analysis of educational and methodological support for the preparation of future social workers for youth work. The research used such methods as: analysis, comparison and generalization of scientific, educational, educational and methodological sources on the researched problem,
The article highlights the educational components that meet and provide program results and competencies for training future social workers for youth work, among them: youth in modern society, youth policy, social youth policy, theoretical and practical foundations of youth work, theory and practice of youth work, youth work in the field of leisure and volunteering, organization and infrastructure of youth work, training technologies in youth work and others. It was concluded that educational and methodological support for the training of future social workers for youth work at Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University is carried out in accordance with the current regulatory and legal acts of the state and local levels.

НАВЧАЛЬНО-МЕТОДИЧНЕ ЗАБЕПЕЧЕННЯ ПІДГОТОВКИ МАЙБУТНІХ СОЦІАЛЬНИХ ПРАЦІВНИКІВ ДО МОЛОДІЖНОЇ РОБОТИ (З ДОСВІДУ УМАНСЬКОГО ДЕРЖАВНОГО ПЕДАГОГІЧНОГО УНІВЕРСИТЕТУ ІМЕНІ ПАВЛА ТИЧИНИ)

У статті зауважено, що навчально-методичне забезпечення підготовки майбутніх соціальних працівників до молодіжної роботи є важливою складовою освітнього процесу у закладі вищої освіти. Визначено, що підготовка майбутніх соціальних працівників, здійснюється відповідно до державних стандартів вищої освіти, освітніх програм, навчальних планів для освітніх рівнів бакалавр, магістр, доктор філософії. Мета статті - здійснити аналіз навчально-методичного забезпечення підготовки майбутніх соціальних працівників до молодіжної роботи. У дослідженні використано такі методи, як: аналіз, порівняння та узагальнення наукових, навчальних, навчально-методичних джерел із досліджуваної проблеми.
У статті виокремлено освітні компоненти, які відповідають та забезпечують програмні результати та компетентності щодо підготовки майбутніх соціальних працівників до молодіжної роботи, серед них: молодь в сучасній громаді, молодіжна політика, соціальна молодіжна політика, теоретико-практичні основи молодіжної роботи, теорія і практика молодіжної роботи, молодіжна робота у сфері дозвілля та волонтерства, організація та інфраструктура молодіжної роботи, тренінгові технології в молодіжній роботі та інші. Зроблено висновок, навчально-методичне забезпечення підготовки майбутніх соціальних працівників до молодіжної роботи в Уманському державному педагогічному університету імені Павла Тичини здійснюється відповідно до чинних нормативно-правових актів державного та локального рівнів.

Introduction
The information source osvita.ua [9] notes that 69 institutions of higher education in Ukraine are engaged in the training of social workers in formal education in the specialty 231 Social work at various levels of higher education (initial level (short cycle) of higher education, first (bachelor's), second (master's), third (educational and scientific)) [10]. These are state and private institutions that provide educational services for the educational and scientific degree of Doctor of Philosophy - 9, Master's degree - 42, Bachelor's degree - 50, Junior Bachelor's degree - 5. Open International University of Human Development «Ukraine» provides educational services according to the scheme Junior Bachelor - Bachelor - Master; Junior Bachelor - Bachelor - Master - Doctor of Philosophy - Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University, Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University; Bachelor - Master - Doctor of Philosophy - Kherson State University, V. Hnatyuk Ternopil National Pedagogical University, Lviv Polytechnic National University, Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University, Donbas State Pedagogical University, Taras Shevchenko Luhansk National University, etc. [10].
Other 60 institutions of higher education prepare candidates for the specialty 231 Social work with the educational levels of Bachelor and Master or Bachelor / Master [10].
In institutions of higher education, training is carried out in accordance with the Standards of higher education for the educational degrees Bachelor, Master, Doctor of Philosophy (orders of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine «On approval of the standard of higher education in the specialty 231 Social work for the first (bachelor's) level of higher education» No. 557 dated 04/24/2019 [5] and «On approval of the standard of higher education in specialty 231 Social work for the second (master's) level of higher education» No. 556 dated 04/24/2019 [6] , «On the approval of the standard of higher education in specialty 231 Social work for the third (educational and scientific) level of higher education» No. 1495 dated 12.30.2021 [7]), based on which educational programs were developed. For the educational degree "Junior Bachelor" the standard has not yet been approved. The content of the training of social workers in formal education is implemented in accordance with regulatory documents, at the state level - Standards of higher education, at the regional and local levels - educational programs, curricula, work curricula, curricula of educational components, work programs of educational disciplines, syllabi, etc. d. [10].
The purpose of the article - to carry out an analysis of educational and methodological support for the training of future social workers for youth work.
Research methods. The research used such methods as: analysis, comparison and generalization of scientific, educational, educational and methodological sources on the researched problem.
Presentation of the main materials
According to the Law of Ukraine «On Higher Education» (2014), the training of higher education applicants is carried out in accordance with the standards of higher education, which are a set of requirements for educational programs of higher education, which are common to all educational programs within a certain level of higher education and specialty [4].
From 2019, the training of future social workers in institutions of higher education with bachelor's and master's degrees is carried out in accordance with the approved standards of higher education (orders of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine «On approval of the standard of higher education in the specialty 231 Social work for the first (bachelor's) level of higher education» No. 557 dated 04.24.2019 and «On the approval of the standard of higher education in the specialty 231 Social work for the second (master's) level of higher education» No. 556 dated 04.24.2019), based on which educational programs have been developed. In accordance with the Standard, the goals of training students of higher education for professional activities are defined: the training of specialists capable of solving complex tasks and problems in the social sphere or during training, which involves conducting research and/or implementing innovations and is characterized by the uncertainty of conditions and requirements [5; 6; 7; 2].
In accordance with the Standard of Higher Education of a specialty, a higher education institution develops an educational program that defines the structure, content of education, organization of the educational process, competencies, programmatic learning outcomes, list and volume of educational components, graduate certifications, and curriculum, which includes the list and volume of educational components, their logical sequence, forms of organization of the educational process, types and volume of educational classes, schedule of the educational process, forms of current and final control [3].
The theoretical, methodological and practical foundations of the training of future social workers are reflected in the scientific works of domestic and foreign scientists (V. Andryushchenko, O. Bezpalko, M. Yevtukh, A. Kapska, Z. Bondarenko, R. Vainola, Yu. Galaguzova, O. Gudyma , I. Zvereva, L. Onufrieva, O. Karpenko, L. Koval, V. Polishchuk, L. Mishchyk, T. Semigina, D. Feldshtein, etc.), which emphasize the structural components of the personality model of the future social worker, requirements for his knowledge, abilities and skills of professional activity, features of formation of readiness to work with a certain category of the population [1; 3]. educational social youth
According to the Regulations on the organization of the educational process at Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University (2022), the scientific and methodological support of the educational program includes the formation of higher education standards; curricula; educational programs for all mandatory and elective disciplines; programs for educational, production, and other types of practices; textbooks and manuals; instructional and methodological materials for seminars, practical and laboratory classes; instructional and methodological materials for completing educational, industrial, and other types of practices; individual term assignments for independent work; control tasks for seminars, practical and laboratory classes; control works on educational disciplines to check the level of mastery of the educational material; methodological materials for independent study of professional literature, writing term and graduation qualification papers [8].
Having analyzed the educational and methodological support for the preparation of future social workers for youth work at all educational and educational and scientific degrees Junior Bachelor, Bachelor, Master, Doctor of Philosophy specialty 231 Social work (analysis of educational, educational and methodological aids, methodological recommendations), we note that each academic discipline has educational and methodological support (textbooks, educational or educational and methodological manual, methodological recommendations for independent work and other supporting literature). However, we singled out the educational components (EC), which involve the study of youth problems, youth work, and youth policy as the main parts of training future social workers for youth work:
- EC «Youth work in the field of leisure and volunteering» is supported by lecture materials (Youth work in the field of leisure and volunteering; edited by O. Baldyniuk. Uman: Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University (UDPU), 2019. 78 p.) and a study guide (Methodology of the organization of the volunteer movement: study guide./Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University, edited by O. Baldyniuk. Uman: PP Zhovtiy, 2009. 154 p.). The course of lectures is concluded in accordance
with the educational program Social Work (Youth Work), the study and work program of the discipline «Youth Work in the Sphere of Leisure and Volunteering». Content of the developed materials: Methodology and theoretical foundations of the discipline «Youth work in the field of leisure and volunteering». Definition of the concept of «leisure». The essence of leisure activities. Historical overview of the organization of leisure. Charity and the volunteer movement in the system of social assistance: history and modernity. Leisure organization systems and forms of leisure activities. Social worker and volunteer movement. Formation and development of volunteer activities in Ukraine and abroad. The strategy of managing the activities of volunteer groups: innovative approaches. Peculiarities of activities of volunteers in social street work. The game as a form of leisure activity [3; 2].
- EC «Youth policy» is provided with a study guide (Youth mana gement and policy: study guide / MES of Ukraine, Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University; compiled by N. Levchenko, N. Kolyada. Kyiv: Komprint, 2021. p. 95). The training manual is compiled in accordance with the educational programs of the field of knowledge 23 Social work, normative documents, scientific and informational sources regulating the management process of youth work and youth policy in Ukraine and the EU. The publication summarizes information on the peculiarities of youth center management, the main aspects of youth policy at all state levels. For students of higher education, scientists, scientific and scientific -pedagogical workers of institutions of higher education, scientific institutions and everyone who is interested in issues of social youth policy [3; 2].
- EC «Social youth policy» is provided with the following educational and methodological materials: (Social youth policy: educational and methodological manual / Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University; compiled by N. Levchenko, N. Kolyada, G. Kucher Uman: publishing and printing center «Vizavi», 2022. p. 104), as well as methodical recommendations for the independent work of students of higher education in the academic discipline "Social Youth Policy" (educational and methodological ed./ comp.: Levchenko N., Kolyada N., Kucher G.; Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University (UDPU), Faculty of Social and Psychological Education, Faculty of Social Pedagogy and Social Work. Uman: UDPU, 2022. p. 31). The teaching-methodical guide was compiled in accordance with the educational and scientific program «Social work» of the third (educational and scientific) level of higher education, the educational and work program of the educational discipline «Social youth policy», normative documents regulating youth policy, youth work. The publication contains theoretical material about the main subjects and objects of youth policy; youth participation in the formation and implementation of the youth policy of Ukraine; situation of youth; forms and levels of youth participation; employment and youth employment. The manual covers the main components of the «Social Youth Policy» course and includes materials for lectures and practical sessions; tasks for independent work; requirements for an individual educational and research task; questions for testing knowledge (final control); terminological dictionary; attachments (list of regulatory documents, etc.). For students of higher education, scientists, scientific and scientific-pedagogical workers of institutions of higher education, scientific institutions and everyone who is interested in issues of social youth policy [3; 2].
- EC «Organization and infrastructure of youth work» is provided with a lec ture course («Organization and infrastructure of youth work»; compiled by I. Karpych. Uman: UDPU, 2018. p. 80), which is concluded in accordance with the OPP Social work (Youth work), educational and work programs of the educational discipline «Organization and infrastructure of youth work» [3; 2].
- EC «Youth in a modern community» is provided with an educational and methodological manual (Youth in a modern community: educational and methodological manual / MES of Ukraine, Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University, Faculty of Sociology and Psychology of Education, department of social pedagogy and social work; compiled by N. Levchenko. Uman: Vizavi, 2022. p. 125), which was compiled in accordance with the educational and professional program «Social work» of the primary level (short cycle) of higher education, educational and the work program of the educational discipline «Youth in a modern society», normative documents regulating youth policy, youth work, activities of youth centers, youth councils in the community. The manual covers the main components of the «Youth in Modern Society» course and includes materials for lectures and practical classes; tasks for independent work; requirements for an individual educational and research task; questions for testing knowledge (final control); terminological dictionary; attachments (list of regulatory documents, etc.). As well as methodical recommendations for the independent work of higher education students from the discipline «Youth in a modern society» (OPP «Social work», specialty 231 Social work): teaching-method. kind. / editor: N. Levchenko; Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University, Faculty of Social and Psychological Education, Department of Social Pedagogy and Social Work, Uman: UDPU, 2022. p. 30 [3; 2].

Uman: «Vizavi», 2017. p. 133). The course of lectures is arranged in accordance with the program «Social work (Youth work)», educational and work programs of the educational discipline «Training technologies in youth work». Training in youth work. Organizational and methodical aspects of training preparation. The structure and main provisions of the training session. Determination of the content and structure of the training. Professional and personal qualities of the coach. Methodical characteristics of the training class. Methods of evaluating the effectiveness of training sessions. Methods of organizing group interaction. Methodology for developing a training plan. Techniques, exercises and game methods used in training work [3; 2].

The publication summarizes information about the peculiarities of youth work, forms and methods of youth work, the best practical experience of working with young people. The manu al covers the main components of the «Theory and Practice of Youth Work» course and includes materials for lectures and practical sessions; tasks for independent work; requirements for an individual educational and research task; questions for testing knowledge (final control); terminological dictionary; attachments (list of regulatory documents, etc.). Educational disciplines that ensure the preparation of future social workers for youth work are also provided with an encyclopedia (Encyclopedia of Youth Work / Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University; editor: Levchenko N., Kolyada N., Baldyniuk O., etc. Kyiv: 2022. p. 130). The encyclopedia of youth work is a reference and analytical work that highlights the problems of theory, history and practice of youth work, youth policy [3; 2].
Conclusions and prospects for further research
Therefore, the analysis of educational and methodological support for the training of future social workers for youth work certifies that the educational, methodological and training manuals, methodological recommendations for independent work, the encyclopaedia of youth work at the Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical University meet the requirements and confirm the fact that the institution capable of training such specialists to work with young people.
Further theoretical analysis is needed for the analysis of educational and methodological support for the training of youth workers in non-formal education.
