Організаційно-педагогічні умови дозвіллєвої діяльності студентів у педагогічних коледжах Великої Британії

В диссертации исследованы теоретико-методические основы досуговой деятельности студентов в педагогических колледжах Великобритании. В процессе исследованиях охарактеризовано состояние изученности проблемы, определены основные этапы становления и развития сферы досуга в Великобритании, раскрыты теории и концепции досуговой дятельности. Выявлены и охарактеризованы основне принципы, направления, функции, технологии и организационно-педагогические условия досуговой деятельности студентов в педагогических колледжах Великобритании. В процессе исследования раскрыты роль и место менеджера досуга в организации досуговой деятельности студентов высших учебных заведений, осуществлен анализ профессиональной подготовки специалистов сферы досуга в Великобритании. Проведен сравнительно-педагогический анализ организации досуговой деятельности студентов высших учебных заведений Великобритании и Украины, сформулированы пути реализации прогрессивных идей британского опыта организации досуговой деятельности студентов в высших учебных заведениях Украины.

The dissertation is dedicated to the research of the theoretico-methodical grounds of the teacher training college students' leisure activities in Great Britain: the state of problem analysis has been carried out, the main stages of leisure sphere formation and development in the United Kingdom have been revealed, the theories and concepts have been characterized. There have been brought to light and described the principles, trends, and functions of the students' leisure activities. There have been distinguished the organizational and pedagogical conditions of the UK teacher training college students' leisure activities (partnership cooperation of the parties to the leisure activities; organization of leisure activities on the basis of diagnostics and long-term forecasting of interests, needs, as well as abilities of students; encouragement of students towards active participation in socially significant kinds of leisure activities; the use of various technologies of organizing students' leisure activities on the basis of subject and activity oriented, socio-cultural and subject-subjective approaches; personnel, logistics and methodical instruction support of organizing students' leisure activities).

There have been characterized the technologies (culturegenerative, recreational, educational, managemental, research, design, innovation, social protection and rehabilitation, information and educational, intercultural exchange, advertising information, public relations) of the students' leisure activities. The students' clubs and societies of teacher training colleges of the United Kingdom have been classified according to the trends of their activities (educational, cultural, creative, recreational, moral and psychological, economic, ecological, volunteer, gender, social partnership), and the main forms and methods of their activities have been revealed.

The comparative analysis of the UK teacher training college students' leisure activities and those of the Ukrainian universities has been done; and the ways of putting the progressive ideas of the British experience of students' leisure activities into the practice of the higher educational establishments of Ukraine have been defined.
