Theoretically grounded that providing of differentiated study system of foreign languages for the students of economics enhances formation of readiness to realize the individual style effectively in such directions: in professional activity, solution of nonstandard situations, realization of effective communicative interaction, self-regulation. The created system consists of such components: diagnosing; purpose; motivation; content; process; subject-subjective, control-regulating and assess-resulting components. All components are subdivided to one purpose - formation of readiness for realization of individual style in future professional activity. The essence of this system is - taking into consideration of student's styles of perception, reasoning and learning which elements form the individual style of activity. The functional characteristics of system components are: direction of purpose on improvement of students, actualization of inner potential, supply of process motivation in study, informative-procedural training, creation of nature balanced conditions of study, self-realization and self-determination in cognition, verifying of levels of readiness for realization of individual style.

The forms and methods of differentiated study of the discipline “Foreign language in professional sphere” are improved, namely: specifics of these methods utilization is defined for the students of different typological groups according to their styles of perception, reasoning and learning; interactive methods of study are inculcated (lateral reasoning, method of projects, brain attack, debates, professional trainings, study in command etc.); learning exercises and tasks are elaborated with specific marking; forms of study are oriented on formation of readiness to the individual style realization in solution of nonstandard tasks, holding of effective communicative interaction and selfregulation.

The model of future economists training in differentiated study system of foreign languages is buit. It includes segments: professional training, selfactualization and selfperfection, criteral, selfregulation and self-realization. Experimentally tested model of future economists training in differentiated study system of foreign languages reveals its effective influence on formation of readiness to realize the individual style of activity in solution of nonstandard tasks, conducting of effective communicative interaction, selfregulation and self-realization in professional activity.
