It is well known that rice is the most popular grains in the consumer basket. According to statistics, every year in Kazakhstan is produced from 287 to 295 thous. Tons-shala rice, or paddy. Yield of cereals depending on the processing technology is 40-60%. Thus, the total production of wholegrain rice in Kazakhstan is about 167-174 thous. Tons. Potentially the Kazakhstan can produce up to 300 thousand. Tonnes of rice. Per capita rice consumption in Kazakhstan is 6.7 kg per year.
But because of the imperfections of the process of peeling, as well as increased content in an ordinary rice fractured and broken grains, adversely affecting the yield and quality of cereals, a significant part of the crop turn to feed Muchka and crushed rice, increasing its output by 15 - 20%.
Currently, the most promising designs machines for hulling rice, according to the machine, vozdeysviya grain short-lived effort of compression and shear. These include peeler A1-3RD-3 with rubberized rollers. But the shortcomings of this machine are rapid wear of the rolls, which requires constant monitoring of the working gap and adjust, and the lack of effectiveness of peeling grains, increased noise and knock on the back-up rolls due to the fact that the rubber coating of rolls is not required hardness.
To solve this problem, we propose to use polymeric materials instead of rubber for rollers shelling machine A1-3RD-3.
The rollers with a polyurethane coating is completely replaced by rubber, having a number of advantages. (picture 1).
Advantages at a gumming polyurethane rollers:
rice husking rate high (up to 95%),
high wear resistance,
High elasticity in a wide range of hardness.
Unlike rubber coating does not change the natural color of the rice is prevented contamination of the product.
High performance properties are maintained at a temperature of from - 40 ° to + 80 ° C.

For the issuance of evidence-based recommendations for the use of products from polymeric materials in the processing of grain and feed production, we carried out extensive research in poster and operating conditions. It is found that the selected polymeric material and reduce injury to corn seed at 5.2 times high wear and abrasion during long exposed to various grain crops (wheat, rice, corn, sunflower), a wide range of humidity (12-25%) and temperature to -400 C.
In conclusion, the results of the experimental samples were made research products using polymer materials that have been tested and recommended by the machine-stations for production.
