State border crossing points: economic-political challenges and hopes (a glance from outside)

Mass migration might use as a hybrid war weapon against the national security of the other country and it is one of many factors influencing country's national security, border protection policy.
The scenario-planning model should be introduced for forming border crossing policy and border protection.
Different strategies should be in place and employed on border management course toward border crossing-border points development with the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus from one side and with the Republic of Moldova (before solving issues with unrecognized Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic entity by diplomatic instruments) from another side.
The border crossing point's policy should give the way for transformation from the double border crossing points model to the joint border crossings model.
Policymakers should have clear visions on the usage of border crossing point's infrastructure, buildings, and equipment after Ukraine's joining to EU.
One of the main pre-conditions for starting to introduce the state- of-art at the state's border crossing points, border protection with non EU-MS - delimitation and demarcation of Ukraine boundaries should be accomplished.
Long queues at the Ukraine's border crossing points cost a lot of money to private business and affect final price of goods, services. Spending a day in a queue a truck owner loses on average 400 Euros par day for one truck.
Long waiting hours at the border crossing points impact the health status of drivers. At the same time it is one of the causes of road traffic accidents with fatalities.
