Крос-юрисдикційне емпіричне дослідження впливу гуманістичної ідеї цінності людського життя на правосвідомість
З’ясування ролі гуманістичних ідей в законодавстві у формуванні правосвідомості громадян. Виявлення компонентів правосвідомості, що піддаються формуючому впливу гуманістичних ідей в законодавстві. Створення міжнародно-правових актів з прав людини.

Разом із тим, доведено, що більш конструктивний вплив гуманістичних ідей в законодавстві на правосвідомість відбувається в країнах (штатах) із високою узгодженістю правового регулювання захисту цінності людського життя від зачаття, а одним з додаткових факторів, що закріплюють конструктивний вплив гуманістичних ідей в законодавстві, є тривалість їх дії на правосвідомість.
Крім того, досліджено, що заборона абортів сприяє більш відповідальному ставленню до сексуальної активності та планування власної вагітності, тоді як легалізація аборту призводить до більш безвідповідального ставлення до сексуальної активності, збільшення кількості дітовбивства внаслідок небажаних вагітностей та поширення венеричних захворювань, що є маркером позитивного впливу правового регулювання захисту цінності людського життя від зачаття через заборону абортів на правосвідомість та здоров'я загалом.
