Abstract

Work is devoted to the dangerous phenomena, connected with the wind mode of the winter period across the territory of the Republic of Bashkortostan and regions of the Russian Federation, adjacent to it.

The dangerous meteorological phenomena are the phenomena occurring in the atmosphere which on the value, intensity and duration, can cause significant damages, economic and social spheres of society.

For the territory of the Republic of Bashkortostan, as well as for any region of the country in general, characteristics of emergence of the dangerous phenomena are synoptic and weather conditions.

In most cases favorable synoptic conditions for especially strong winds develop at rapprochement of the going deep cyclone with the amplifying anti-cyclone when there is a sharp growth of the baric gradient. The similar situation develops at approach to the Urals of southwest or western cyclones which go deep at invasion into their rear part of the Arctic air. Also strengthening of wind to dangerous values is promoted by coincidence of provision of a high-rise frontal zone and zone of the maximum baric gradients at the earth that is characteristic in case of an exit to the Urals quickly moving from the West or from the southwest of frequent cyclones. They are characterized by the high speed of movement (up to 100 km/h), considerable baric gradients in a ground layer (up to 4-5 gpa/100 in km), strong winds (30-40 m/s) at the heights of 2-5 km.

Within the study area from 1966-2015 the maximum number of cases of OYa as very strong wind was recorded by Aksakovo's meteorological stations, Kushnarenkovo and Sterlitamak. The number of repetitions of OYa equaled 26, 34 and 31 cases respectively. The smallest quantity of cases was observed on a meteorological station Duvan and is 2 cases, also on this meteorological station the most maximum speed of wind in the study area was registered, and speed was equated to criterion, according to RD 52.88.699-2008 - a gale-force wind which speed was 41 m/s (08.02.1995). On a meteorological station the Toucan any case during a research was not registered.

The variability of OYa very strong wind in the territory of the Republic of Bashkortostan and the interfaced regions is shown in figure 1. Having analysed it, one may say, that in a time span since 1966-2015 there is a reduction of repeatability of the dangerous phenomenon during the cold period. The greatest number of cases on all meteorological stations were registered since 1966-1978. Further, having the nature of local action, they were recorded by some meteorological stations. Since 2003-09 and since 2011-14 in the explored territory it was not recorded any case of OYa very strong and gale-force wind.

On meteorological stations of the Republic of Bashkortostan during the cold period the dangerous phenomena connected with the wind mode were registered. They have the nature of generality, that is in general on the region of a meteorological station registered OYa in the first half of the studied period. But there is a nature of dissociation on force of influence and duration in general on the period. For example, comparing meteorological stations, Ufa-Dyoma and Sterlitamak (are presented in figure 2), it is possible to see that the repeatability of OYa, for example, on a meteorological station Ufa-Dyoma in comparison with a meteorological station Sterlitamak is observed the smallest number of cases and the difference of speeds between meteorological stations.

Analyzing kartoskhy, presented in figure 3, one may say, that the greatest number of cases is revealed in the territory of the Cis-Urals of the Republic of Bashkortostan. Within the Bugulmino-Belebeevsky height and Obshchy Syrt Plateau. First of all, it is connected with action of a mountain chain of South Ural which is "barrier". The minimum repeatability of cases of OYa within South Ural, the Northeast part of the Ufa plateau. Distribution on the region meridional, is connected, first of all, because of orographical features of the region.
