Blindness, a disease, is one of the most common disabilities among people around the world, and about 90% of the world's population with low vision lives in developing countries. Blindness is a disability caused by physiological or neurological factors that cause vision. Blindness can be temporary or permanent. It can also be permanent, partial or complete, making the person dependent on the help of others. This is an innovative de vice that helps blind people in their lives, helps solve problems. Smart Blind Stick is a system device that includes obstacle detection, navigation, emergency button and more.

Слепота, болезнь, является одним из наиболее распространенных нарушений среди людей во всем мире, и около 90% населения мира с плохим зрением проживает в развивающихся странах. Слепота -- это нарушение, вызванное физиологическими или неврологическими факторами, которые вызывают проблемы со зрением. Слепота может быть временной или постоянной. Она также может быть постоянной, частичной или полной, делая человека зависимым от помощи других. Это инновационное устройство, которое помогает слепым людям в их жизни, помогает решать проблемы. Smart Blind Stick -- это системное устройство, которое включает в себя обнаружение препятствий, навигацию, кнопку экстренного вызова и многое другое.

The main purpose of the device is to help blind people walk with complete ease and independence. This joystick is equipped with 3 ultrasonic sound sensors, alarm switch and Arduino UNO integrated with Bluetooth and soil moisture detector. The Smart Blind Stick automatically detects obstacles in front of a person using the sensors present in the systems. Technologies used in the device include built-in C language for programming and debugging.

Required Components of Smart Blind Stick:

- PIC Microcontroller,

- LCD display,

- Arduino Mega board,

- IR sensor,

- Main joystick for the device,

- Ultrasonic sensor,

- IR sensor,

- Oscilloscope.

Using PIC 16F676, the blind stick is an innovative device designed for better navigation. The RF module is integrated with the ultrasonic sound sensors in the device. The device uses ultrasonic sound sensors to detect obstacles using ultrasonic waves. When it detects obstacles, the sensor transmits this information to the microcontroller PIC16F676, which then processes the data and calculates the proximity of the object. If the obstacle is close, the microcontroller finally sends a signal to turn the motor connected to the stick. An ultrasonic sensor is a contact distance measuring device that works on the basic principle of emitting ultrasonic waves, and it will be sent back by an object that calculates the distance according to time and speed. We will use the ultrasonic sensor on the front of this device. The ultrasonic frequency is 40 kHz, the maximum distance is 200 m, the minimum distance is 0-1 m. The navigation switch is used to guide the blind person to the destination with the help of Bluetooth connected android app.Soil moisture sensor is used to detect the moisture in the soil and gives voice command accordingly. It is also a watch-shaped handheld device that helps blind people lose their walking stick. It alerts the blind person through the button on the watch when it is lost, locates the buzzer, and sounds the sound. Also, the system helps the blind to find their walking stick if they forget where they left it. By pressing a remote button, the blind person hears a sound that can detect the stick and finds the stick. Thus, this system is a hardware system consisting of sensors such as ultrasonic sensors, motor interface, microcontroller, control buttons and battery-based electric circuit [4]. smart blind stick sensor navigation obstacle

The development of innovative systems leads to the significant improvement of “Smart Blind Stick” technologies. The performance of these systems as a ring of innovative technologies leads to a completely different approach to human creativity and production in various fields and industries in the future. The Smart Blind Stick is an innovative device designed for the visually impaired to detect advanced obstacles, both fully automated and manually operated. This device is a blind stick that enables blind people to get relief using advanced technology. The blind stick is equipped with three ultrasonic sound sensors, a panic switch, a navigation switch and an Arduino UNO together with Bluetooth and a soil moisture detector. The three ultrasonic sensors are used to detect obstacles in front using ultrasonic waves. When it senses obstacles, the sensor transmits this information to the person via a microphone device. A smart stick with a Global Positioning System (GPS) for the blind, which will detect obstacles and obstacles on the road, as well as determine its position and position using GPS coordinates, carries out the navigation process. Technologies used for the device include embedded C language for programming and coding, l-ow power CMOS microcontroller, GSM (global network for short-range communication) for voice communication, Bluetooth for connecting the microphone to the device and GPS.
