Auto-psychological competence as a subjective-acmeological determinant of efficiency of professional work of the manager
Experimental study of the manifestation of auto-psychological competence in order to determine the effectiveness of professional activities of managers. Analysis of psychological portraits of managers, demonstrating different degrees of effectiveness.
