The rapid development of computer technics and information technology have led to the development of a society based on the principles of lifestyle information. In recent years many countries demonstrate consistent and sustainable progress towards the main goal of building a global information society-better life for people by their maximal self-realization. In many modern researches on the issue of influence of the Internet on society, the personality, mentality of the person both the positive, and negative parties of these relations are allocated.

The first what attention is focused on, as a rule, on - it is on importance of storage and relaying of information by means of the Internet permanently enhancing the opportunities in this to the sphere. Collection, storage, accessibility and information transfer on a network The Internet it is really indisputable has a positive factor.

The second is the ultimate empowerment of communication with friends and strangers, the creation of Internet communities like "Classmates", and others. Social networks and dating sites are very similar, in both cases without reflecting on consequences we provide them personal information which our relatives don't know about. Nowadays social networks gain increasing popularity. Frequently, especially teenagers and young people till 30 years use the social network. Common interests, opportunity to find someone from the former classmates and it is simple, with whom you were on friendly terms in the far childhood - all this makes social networks extremely attractive. Besides on social networks it is possible to communicate with a huge number of interlocutors simultaneously, to receive the necessary information or it is simple to have a good time. However, this positive factor is fraught with serious problems. First of all, the effect of creating illusions about their Internet friends, a kind of personal mythology, in which myths can maintain their position until the first full-time Dating. Marriage fraudster, a thief or an ordinary extortionist cash-- this is not a complete list of possible options fraud through the Internet.

The third is the provision of goods and services through the Internet, currently it is more popular among people with average incomes and an emerging service. Psychologically, an adult is embedded in a kind of waiting game surprise: first, the thing or product is ordered at the picture, then comes the period of its expectations and, finally, the effect of a magic wand-- a product in the hands of the customer. As a result of either delight, satisfaction of the right choice, or (which happens more frequently!) the frustration and the desire to correct the mistake. There is positive moment of possible psychological comfort(to save time, use of common online discount prices on merchandise, satisfaction from the right choice, getting scarce goods, etc.), and "moral loss holidays" due to frustration at the quality of the goods, its inconsistencies and advertising price and so on.[1;5]

When we put the issue of the impact of the Internet on modern society, that essentially have to put the question on the impact on the person written forms of communication, it is not important, as it happens, in the form of the transfer paper by mail with scrabble goose-feather text or in the form of a glowing screen with printed letters. On the other hand, dialectically thinking, in any new form in processed form elements remain of the old, but is also preparing the transition to a new form of regular. In this context, the Internet, no matter how he was similar to his tasks with earlier forms of letters, is fraught with new perspectives and new dangers. It is believed that the average age of Internet users not pre-exceeds 45 years, almost antique acme (40-44 years age "under the" acme all personal capabilities and limits of human beings in antique Ella de). According to surveys of Levada Center, on March, 2014. the distribution of Internet users in Russia by age group is as follows:

• 18-24 years -- 96%;

• 25-39 years -- 93%;

• 40-54 year -- 69%;

• 55 years and older -- 27%.

In order to fully understand the effects of the Internet on society, we should remember that technology is material culture. It is produced in a social process in a given institutional environment on the basis of the ideas, values, interests, and knowledge of their producers, both their early producers and their subsequent producers. In this process we must include the users of the technology, who appropriate and adapt the technology rather than adopting it, and by so doing they modify it and produce it in an endless process of interaction between technological production and social use. So, to assess the relevance of Internet in society we must recall the specific characteristics of Internet as a technology. Then we must place it in the context of the transformation of the overall social structure, as well as in relationship to the culture characteristic of this social structure. Indeed, we live in a new social structure, the global network society, characterized by the rise of a new culture, the culture of autonomy.

The same technology and internet mysteriously entered and changed our society. The benefits of Internet in terms of increased communication are evident, with people connected across the globe. Before the invention of the internet, not too many years ago, communication was possible only by phone or mail, which entailed time and expenses. This way of communication also mostly allowed people to keep in contact with those people they already were known to them. The area of Internet has changed this dramatically. Email and social networking such as Facebook, Twitter and MSN to name a few have created online communities which are global in scale and they have fostered the communication between people and countries that we would not have thought possible in the not too distant past. However, undoubtedly this has had detrimental effects on the amount and type of social interaction that takes place. People, especially young generation spend a considerable amount of time online, chatting and on forums. As a result there is a new form of psychological dependence, similar to drug dependence with the same consequences where the illusion of well-being is created and the seeming possibility of solving the existing problems in life is endless. The proliferation of various types of dependent behavior (drug addiction, alcoholism, drug addiction, gambling, Internet addiction, etc.) poses a serious threat to modern society and requires joint efforts of specialists in various fields. Deep understanding of the causes, mechanisms and factors occurrence dependence involves drawing the attention of both the personal features of addicts and external, in particular on social psychological conditions development propensity for addictive behavior.

The latter implies a serious study of the environment dependent persons when this foremost talking about family [3;115].

Everyone knows what impact to Goethe's work "The sorrows of Young Werther" youth of the late 18th and early 19th centuries. [4]. Many people, taking a noble example, committed a suicide. Today you can see a lot of examples of voluntary withdrawal from life online, movies, books. Nobody can guarantee that publication in the newspapers about suicide do not lay its mark.

The psychology of gambling addiction entails the following aspects: loss of sense of time; constant feeling of novelty; distorted perception of self; the sense of virtual power, anti-social behaviour of the player. There are cases when dependent on computer games people played on several consecutive days without sleep and rest. "Gamers" can play the same game for decades, since the games are constantly updated (change graphics, plots). In risk group, first of all, users having issues with work or study, family or friends, experiencing difficulties in communication, seeking care from real life. Anonymous Internet users gives them an excellent opportunity to create online characters, care from emotional problems or from simple life's complexities.

If this dependence doesn't overcome in time, the person can refuse society life completely. For the dependent person moral and material values are lost, he doesn't recognize authority of the family and friends, can be degradation of the personality. All his thoughts turn round game, he pays attention to the signs connected with games. Each time the amount of debt increases, but the compulsive gambler tries to satisfy this debt only by means of game, without trying to earn money by other ways. Quite often such dependence comes to an end with suicide [5;351]. But what moves dependent people? Passion forces to win the large sum them again and again to go to a casino or to the slot machine. Over time this passion develops into a hobby. The person gets used to sounds of slot machines, a ring of coins, a certain smell, ritual of pressing of the handle, and over time can't live without it any more. Plunging into the world of gambling's we don't even notice as lose control over management of the feelings, after all with each win, it is necessary for us more and more [6;22].

The Internet, as all technologies, does not produce effects by itself. Yet, it has specific effects in altering the capacity of the communication system to be organized around flows that are interactive, multimodal, asynchronous or synchronous, global or local, and from many to many, from people to people, from people to objects, and from objects to objects, increasingly relying on the semantic web. How these characteristics affect specific systems of social relationships has to be established by research, and this is what I tried to present in this text. What is clear is that without the Internet we would not have seen the large-scale development of networking as the fundamental mechanism of social structuring and social change in every domain of social life [7]. The Internet, the World Wide Web, and a variety of networks increasingly based on wireless platforms constitute the technological infrastructure of the network society, as the electrical grid and the electrical engine were the support system for the form of social organization that we conceptualized as the industrial society. Thus, as a social construction, this technological system is open ended, as the network society is an open-ended form of social organization that conveys the best and the worse in humankind. [8] Yet, the global network society is our society, and the understanding of its logic on the basis of the interaction between culture, organization, and technology in the formation and development of social and technological networks is a key field of research in the twenty-first century.

Internet and its influence on the identity of the individual has a great significance, because it affects not only the personality of the individual but also the society, it promotes lifestyle changes people.[9] Certainly, Internet research as a new form of the game and there is some speculation of sociality: virtual communities can replace the states deep waiting their enquiry, while we can only indicate the main trends of the impact of the Internet on modern society, to indicate self-sufficiency of some aspects of the existence of the World Wide Web, regardless of positive or negative impact on the human person. We can only make progress in our understanding through the cumulative effort of scholarly research [10]. Only then we will be able to cut through the myths surrounding the key technology of our time. A digital communication technology that is already a second skin for young people, yet it continues to feed the fears and the fantasies of those who are still in charge of a society that they barely understand.
