The author singles out the impulsive-situational, situational-value, subjective-value levels of regulation and analyses the peculiarities of the personality self-fulfillment in the process of the change of trade at each of the levels. Personality self-fulfillment in the process of professional reorientation as the process and result of the self-development program realization determines the vector of the alumni personality development in profession: spontaneous professional development or the emergence of the personality destruction at the impulsive-situational regulation level, professional adaptation or deadaptation at the situational-value regulation level, personality growth or the emergence of the value conflict at the subjective-value professional reorientation regulation level. The result of the psychosemantic analysis of the value criteria of the change of trade has confirmed that the higher education establishments alumni with the subjective-value level of regulation use the subjective strategies of the personality self-fulfillment: self-isolation, minimization of personality resources, search for oneself, value exchange, competition, assertiveness. When employing the personality self-fulfillment strategies like self-isolation, search for oneself and competition, different variants of value proneness to conflict have been revealed in the consciousness of the examinees. This testifies to the unproductive character of these strategies and the necessity to use the value support of the personality self-fulfillment in the process of professional reorientation.

The personality self-fulfillment value support of the higher education establishments alumni was regarded as a form of the psychological influence to mobilize the internal personality development resources with the help of the reflection of the personality development problems, the exposure of the activity and social development resources, the value priorities reconstruction and the creation of the new schemes of the professional reorientation value regulation. The thesis has experimentally proved that the application of the individual value support of the personality self-fulfillment of the higher education establishments alumni based on the actualization of the personality reflexive abilities helps to construct effective schemes of self-development value regulation in the process of the change of trade.
