During dissertational research the theoretical-methodological analysis is carried out and results of empirical research of dynamics subjectness by future teacher in the course of educational activity are presented. It is opened psychological meaning dynamics factors of subjectness by future teacher in the course of educational activity, conditions and methods of purposeful influence on subjectness by future teacher in the course of educational activity are defined.

For studying of psychological factors of dynamics of subjectnes we used techniques of diagnostic by life-meaning orientations (LMO), semantic differential of subjectness (SDS), a technique of diagnostics of propensity to risk, modified variant of a technique of diagnostics of professional consciousness of the future teacher are used with the help of method by freedom self-descriptions.

It is established, that in the conditions of usual professional preparations of the future teacher its dynamics subjectness differs weak the regressive tendency both in quantitative, and in qualitative sense. As dynamics major factors by subjectness the future teacher in the conditions of usual training indicators of the general internality, internality in the field of family relations, internality in the field of educational activity, SDS (intelligence), features of information search, organizing abilities, features of self-organizing, feature of executive activity act.

Presence of theoretical and experimental interrelation between subjectness and professional consciousness of the future teacher in process of educational activity has allowed to design and develop the development program of subjectness the future teacher through its professional consciousness. During experiment it is established, that the program allows effective and economically to influence process of optimization of subject growth of the future teacher in the course of educational activity. Given program it has been introduced in educational process of pedagogical higher educational institutions and practice of work of the school psychologist with young experts-teachers. In the given program it is possible to allocate conditionally the information block, the self-diagnostic block, the block of comparison and strategy working out as they are in constant interaction in the course of realisation of the given program.

Thanks to in the course of vocational training of the future teacher of the program of development subjectness in the course of educational activity, at students experimental groups of third and the fifth years of training occurs statistic authentic growth of average values of indicators life-meaning orientations, semantic differential subjectness, professional consciousness. As major factors subjectness in the conditions of developing training indicators of the general internality, internality concerning failures, features of the control and appraise, abilities to goals and to forecasting, features of executive activity act. It is established, that systematic dynamics factor of subjectness the future teacher in the course of educational activity the indicator of professional consciousness - total length of the dictionary of self-descriptions as the future teachers his professional "I" acts.

Results of research can be used for construction of effective conditions of subject growth of the future teachers with the account of the revealed laws of dynamics of development subjectness the future teacher in the course of educational activity, and also in the course of the decision as problems of students as a whole, and personal problems of separate representatives of the given social group. In particular, the offered developing influence can be used both the practical psychologist of the higher pedagogical educational institution, and teachers and organizers of educational process in high school, with the account of features of separate courses and groups.

The given research does not settle all theoretical and applied aspects of a problem the subjectness growth the future teacher in the course of its professional training. We have also perspective questions on influence on features of dynamics by subjectness the future teacher gender indicators, indicators of a profile of training, optimization in the structural and functional relation of psychological services of the higher pedagogical educational institutions.
