Sultanism and semi-authoritarianism in post-Soviet Azerbaijan
Study of the political regime of post-Soviet Azerbaijan. Application of a new conceptual model proposed by political scientist Farid Guliyev, which combines the concepts of Sultanism and semi-authoritarianism. Ensuring political stability in the country.
