The Baltic-Black Seas defence belt as a key factor of the new European security system
The Baltic-Black Seas region in the defence of European security. The author emphasizes that aggression against finally buried attempts to create a comprehensive European security system ‘from Lisbon to Vladivostok’ based on the Helsinki principeles.
