The implementation mechanism of military diplomacy (the republic of Azerbaijan as a case study)

Military capabilities and means have always been used in diplomacy. The formation of diplomatic strategy at the national level can be systematically implemented. In order to improve military diplomacy, a document on diplomatic policy should be prepared.
