Political Neo-Rusynism as an Element of the Russian Hybrid War Against Ukraine and the Countries of Eastern Europe
The beginning of the Russian aggression against the Ukrainian state, the issue of "political Ruthenism" as an element of the hybrid war, has today become an effective tool of blackmail on the part of Russia in many countries of Central and Eastern Europe.
