Topological Invariants of Universal Vector Bundles on Moduli Spaces of Coherent Sheaves on CP2
A geometrical description of the moduli space M of rank stable torsion-free coherent sheaves on the projective plane CP2 is given. We consider methods for calculating the top Chern class of the universal vector bundle over a point that represents a sheaf.
