Engineering Pedagogy as the Basis for Effective Teaching Competencies of Engineering Faculty

This article presents the philosophy and foundations of engineering pedagogy. They are seen as the key to science-based, effective, interactive and motivating engineering education that forms the basis for the competencies of engineering faculty members.
