Abstract
Sleep hygiene as a section of personal hygiene, the importance of fulfilling its positions in women's sports

Sleep hygiene is considered as an important part of personal, general, and sports hygiene. Violations of sleep hygiene rules, especially by women, for whom sleep disorders are more common than for men, can adversely affect the health, physical, and mental performance of athletes under conditions of high physical loads. This gives grounds to consider the issue of determining ways to assess the degree of compliance with these rules by athletes under conditions of high physical and mental stress. Objective. To develop tasks, rules, principles of sleep hygiene in sport and to determine methodological approaches to assessing the implementation of sleep hygiene rules by athletes under conditions of high physical and mental loads. Methods. Theoretical analysis of scientific literature: generalization, synthesis, formalization, abstraction. Results. Based on the system analysis of scientific, scientific-methodical literature, and other sources of information the tasks, rules, principles of sleep hygiene in sports were defined and the test questionnaire for an estimation of degree of observance of rules of sleep hygiene by sportswomen under high physical and mental loads was created. The developed tasks, rules, principles of sleep hygiene in sports, as well as a test questionnaire to assess the degree of compliance with the rules of sleep hygiene can be used in practice.

Ïîñòàíîâêà ïðîáëåìè. ó㳺íó ñíó ìîæíà ðîçãëÿäàòè ³ ÿê îäíó ç íîâèõ ã³ã³ºí³÷íèõ íàóê, ÿêà ùå çíàõîäèòüñÿ íà ñòà䳿 ñòàíîâëåííÿ, ³ ÿê ðîçä³ë îñîáèñòî¿ (ïåðñîíàëüíî¿) ã³ã³ºíè ëþäèíè, à ñàìå ÿê êîìïëåêñ ã³ã³ºí³÷íèõ ïðîô³ëàêòè÷íèõ çàõîä³â òà ïðàâèë, ÿê³ ïðèçíà÷åí³ äëÿ çàáåçïå÷åííÿ çäîðîâîãî ïîâíîö³ííîãî ñíó, ç ìåòîþ çáåðåæåííÿ çäîðîâ'ÿ, ô³çè÷íî¿ òà ïñèõ³÷íî¿ ïðàöåçäàòíîñò³ ëþäèíè, â òîìó ÷èñë³ ñïîðòñìåí³â . Ïðè öüîìó â ãàëóç³ ã³ã³ºíè ñîí âèçíà÷àºòüñÿ ÿê ïðèðîäíèé ô³ç³îëîã³÷íèé ñòàí, ïðîòèëåæíèé ñòàíó íåñïàííÿ. Ñîí º ñêëàäîâîþ ÷àñòèíîþ öèðêàä³àííîãî (äîáîâîãî) á³îðèòìó îðãàí³çìó ëþäèíè, îäíèì ç ïîêàçíèê³â éîãî õðîíîàäàïòàö³¿ ó ÷àñ³ äî 䳿 ð³çíèõ ÷èííèê³â äîâê³ëëÿ [2--4, 8, 12].
Íåâèêîíàííÿ ïðàâèë ã³ã³ºíè ñíó ìîæå ïðèçâåñòè äî âèíèêíåííÿ ðîçëàä³â ñíó (³íñîìí³ÿ, áåçñîííÿ), ïîðóøåííÿ ô³çè÷íî¿ òà ïñèõ³÷íî¿ ïðàöåçäàòíîñò³. ²íñîìí³þ, áåçñîííÿ (ëàò. insomnia) âèçíà÷àþòü ÿê ðîçëàä ñíó, ÿêèé õàðàêòåðèçóºòüñÿ íåäîñòàòíüîþ ïîäîâæåí³ñòþ ñíó àáî éîãî íåçàäîâ³ëüíîþ ÿê³ñòþ, à òàêîæ êîìïëåêñíîþ íàÿâí³ñòþ öèõ ÿâèù ïðîòÿãîì òðèâàëîãî ÷àñó, ùî ìîæå íåãàòèâíî âïëèâàòè íà ô³çè÷íó òà ïñèõ³÷íó ïðàöåçäàòí³ñòü, ó òîìó ÷èñë³ ñïîðòñìåí³â [2, 4, 5, 11, 13].
Ó ì³æíàðîäí³é êëàñèô³êàö³¿ ðîçëàä³â ñíó 3-ãî ïåðåãëÿäó 2014 ð. (ÌÊÐÑ-3) îêðåìî âèä³ëÿþòü ï³äòèï õðîí³÷íî¿ ã³ã³ºí³÷íî¿ ³íñîìí³¿, ÿêèé îáóìîâëåíèé äîâãîñòðîêîâèì ïîðóøåííÿì ïðàâèë òà âèìîã äî ã³ã³ºíè ñíó, ùî ìîæëèâî çà íàÿâíîñò³ çíà÷íèõ ô³çè÷íèõ òà ïñèõ³÷íèõ íàâàíòàæåíü ïðè çàíÿòòÿõ ñïîðòîì ³ ô³çè÷íîþ êóëüòóðîþ [4, 11, 16, 18].
Ïðàâèëà òà ïðîô³ëàêòè÷í³ çàõîäè ìîæëèâèõ ïîðóøåíü ã³ã³ºíè ñíó ñòîñóþòüñÿ íàñàìïåðåä ¿¿ îñíîâíèõ ñêëàäîâèõ: ïðîöåñó ï³äãîòîâêè äî ñíó, ñíó òà ïðîáóäæåííÿ . Âàæëèâî â³äçíà÷èòè, ùî çã³äíî ç äàíèìè Íàö³îíàëüíî¿ îðãàí³çàö³¿ ñíó (The National Sleep Faundation; USA) òà ³íøèìè äæåðåëàìè ³íôîðìàö³¿ æ³íêè âíàñë³äîê ñòàòåâèõ ïñèõîô³ç³îëîã³÷íèõ (õðîíîô³ç³îëîã³÷íèõ) îñîáëèâîñòåé ÷àñò³øå ñòðàæäàþòü íà ðîçëàäè ñíó (³íñîìí³ÿ, áåçñîííÿ) ïîð³âíÿíî ç ÷îëîâ³êàìè. Âêàçàíå ñòîñóºòüñÿ ³ ñïîðòñìåíîê ïîð³âíÿíî ç³ ñïîðòñìåíàìè ÷îëîâ³÷î¿ ñòàò³, â òîìó ÷èñë³ â³äïîâ³äíî ³ çà óìîâ âèñîêèõ ô³çè÷íèõ òà ïñèõ³÷íèõ íàâàíòàæåíü. Öå äຠï³äñòàâè äî âèçíà÷åííÿ ñïîðòñìåíîê ÿê ãðóïè ðèçèêó ñòîñîâíî ìîæëèâîñò³ ïîðóøåíü ñíó [1, 6, 9, 10].
Òàêèì ÷èíîì, íåâèêîíàííÿ ïðàâèë òà ïðîô³ëàêòè÷íèõ çàõîä³â ã³ã³ºíè ñíó ìîæå ïðèçâåñòè äî ñåðéîçíèõ íåãàðàçä³â ç³ çäîðîâ'ÿì ëþäèíè, ïîã³ðøåííÿ ¿¿ ïñèõ³÷íî¿ òà ô³çè÷íî¿ ïðàöåçäàòíîñò³, îñîáëèâî öå ñòîñóºòüñÿ ñïîðòñìåíîê ÿê ãðóïè ðèçèêó ñòîñîâíî ïîðóøåíü ñíó [12]. Îäíàê ïðè öüîìó ùå íå âèçíà÷åíî øëÿõè ã³ã³ºí³÷íîãî îö³íþâàííÿ ñòóïåíÿ âèêîíàííÿ ïðàâèë òà ïðîô³ëàêòè÷íèõ çàõîä³â ã³ã³ºíè ñíó ó ñïîðòñìåíîê, ó òîìó ÷èñë³ çà óìîâ âèñîêèõ ô³çè÷íèõ òà ïñèõ³÷íèõ íàâàíòàæåíü, ùî ðîáèòü öå ïèòàííÿ àêòóàëüíèì òà ñâîº÷àñíèì.
Ðîáîòó âèêîíàíî çã³äíî ç ÍÄÐ Íàö³îíàëüíîãî óí³âåðñèòåòó ô³çè÷íîãî âèõîâàííÿ ³ ñïîðòó Óêðà¿íè «Ôóíêö³îíàëüíà ³ ïñèõîëîã³÷íà àäàïòàö³ÿ îðãàí³çìó ñïîðòñìåíîê çà óìîâ âèñîêèõ ô³çè÷íèõ íàâàíòàæåíü» .
Ìåòà äîñë³äæåííÿ -- ðîçðîáèòè çàâäàííÿ, ïðàâèëà, ïðèíöèïè ã³ã³ºíè ñíó â ñïîðòèâí³é ãàëóç³ òà âèçíà÷èòè ìåòîäîëîã³÷í³ ï³äõîäè äî îö³íþâàííÿ ¿õ âèêîíàííÿ ñïîðòñìåíêàìè çà óìîâ âèñîêèõ ô³çè÷íèõ òà ïñèõ³÷íèõ íàâàíòàæåíü.
Ìåòîäè äîñë³äæåííÿ: òåîðåòè÷íèé àíàë³ç íàóêîâî¿ ë³òåðàòóðè: óçàãàëüíåííÿ, ñèíòåç, ôîðìàë³çàö³ÿ, àáñòðàãóâàííÿ [7 -- 10].
Ðåçóëüòàòè äîñë³äæåííÿ òà ¿õ îáãîâîðåííÿ
Ïðîâåäåíèé àíàë³ç íàóêîâî¿, íàóêîâî-ìåòîäè÷íî¿ ë³òåðàòóðè òà ³íøèõ äæåðåë ³íôîðìàö³¿ ïîêàçàâ, ùî ñòîñîâíî ñïîðòó ³ ñïîðòèâíî¿ ä³ÿëüíîñò³ ã³ã³ºíó ñíó ìîæíà ðîçãëÿäàòè ³ ÿê ðîçä³ë îñîáèñòî¿ ã³ã³ºíè ñïîðòñìåí³â, ³ ÿê ã³ã³ºíó ñïîðòó [8, 15, 17].
Îñíîâí³ çàâäàííÿ ã³ã³ºíè ñíó â ãàëóç³ ñïîðòó:
• îçíàéîìëåííÿ ñïîðòñìåí³â ç ïðàâèëàìè ã³ã³ºíè ñíó ç óðàõóâàííÿì îñîáëèâîñòåé ¿õ ñïîðòèâíî¿ ä³ÿëüíîñò³;
• ã³ã³ºí³÷íå îö³íþâàííÿ âèêîíàííÿ ñïîðòñìåíàìè ïðàâèë ã³ã³ºíè ñíó;
• ðîçðîáëåííÿ ïðàâèë òà ïðèíöèï³â ã³ã³ºíè ñíó äëÿ ñïîðòñìåí³â ç óðàõóâàííÿì ¿õ ñïîðòèâíî¿ ñïåö³àë³çàö³¿ ³ êâàë³ô³êàö³¿;
• âèçíà÷åííÿ øëÿõ³â äëÿ çáåðåæåííÿ òà ïîêðàùåííÿ ÿêîñò³ ñíó ó ñïîðòñìåí³â ç óðàõóâàííÿì îñîáëèâîñòåé ¿õ ñïîðòèâíî¿ ä³ÿëüíîñò³.
Îñíîâí³ ïðèíöèïè ã³ã³ºíè ñíó ó ãàëóç³ ñïîðòó:
• êîìïëåêñí³ñòü -- ÿê çà çì³ñòîì, òàê ³ çà íàïðÿìîì ïðàêòè÷íî¿ ä³ÿëüíîñò³;
• ³íòåãðàëüí³ñòü -- ³íòåãðóº çíàííÿ ð³çíèõ íàóê, íàñàìïåðåä ã³ã³ºí³÷íèõ;
• ãàëóçåâà ñïðÿìîâàí³ñòü -- ÿê ãàëóçåâà íàóêà ó ñïîðò³ .
Ïðîâåäåíèé àíàë³ç íàóêîâî¿ ë³òåðàòóðè òà ³íøèõ äæåðåë ³íôîðìàö³¿ ñòîñîâíî ñòóïåíÿ çàñòîñóâàííÿ òà âèêîíàííÿ íà ïðàêòèö³ ïðàâèë ã³ã³ºíè ñíó ïîêàçàâ, ùî äëÿ öüîãî øèðîêî âèêîðèñòîâóþòü òåñò-àíêåòè îïèòóâàííÿ. Îäíàê ³ñíóþ÷³ òåñò-àíêåòè îïèòóâàííÿ ñòîñîâíî ïðàâèë ã³ã³ºíè ñíó ðîçðîáëåí³ òà çàñòîñîâóþòüñÿ â³äíîñíî âèçíà÷åííÿ ñòóïåíÿ îçíàéîìëåííÿ ð³çíèõ ãðóï íàñåëåííÿ ç ã³ã³ºí³÷íèìè ïðàâèëàìè ã³ã³ºíè ñíó, à íå ñòóïåíÿ ¿õ âèêîíàííÿ, ùî îñîáëèâî àêòóàëüíî â³äíîñíî ñïîðòèâíî¿ ä³ÿëüíîñò³, äëÿ ÿêî¿ õàðàêòåðí³ âèñîê³ ô³çè÷í³ òà ïñèõ³÷í³ íàâàíòàæåííÿ, ÿê³ ìîæóòü ñóòòºâî ïîðóøóâàòè ÿê³ñòü ñíó ó ñïîðòñìåí³â ³, íàñàìïåðåä, ó ñïîðòñìåíîê [3, 5].
Òîìó ìè ðîçðîáèëè â ìåòîäîëîã³÷íîìó ïëàí³ ñïåö³àëüíó àíêåòó îïèòóâàííÿ ñòîñîâíî âèêîíàííÿ ñïîðòñìåíêàìè ïðàâèë ã³ã³ºíè ñíó çà óìîâ íàÿâíîñò³ âèñîêèõ ô³çè÷íèõ íàâàíòàæåíü ç áàëüíîþ îö³íêîþ ðåçóëüòàò³â îïèòóâàííÿ [13]. ã³ã³ºíà ñîí ñïîðòñìåíêà
Òåñò-àíêåòà îïèòóâàííÿ ì³ñòèòü òàê³ çàïèòàííÿ ç óðàõóâàííÿì ñòóïåíÿ âèêîíàííÿ ã³ã³ºí³÷íèõ ïðàâèë (òàê, í³): ÷è äîòðèìóºòåñÿ âè ðåæèìó ñíó; ÷è ³ñíóº äëÿ ïðîöåñó ñíó ñïîê³éíà îáñòàíîâêà; ÷è º ìîæëèâ³ñòü ñïàòè â òèõ³é ïðîõîëîäí³é ñïàëüí³ (ê³ìíàò³); ÷è âèêîðèñòîâóºòå âè áåçïîñåðåäíüî ïåðåä ñíîì òåëåâ³çîð, êîìï'þòåð, ñìàðòôîí; ÷è âæèâàºòå âè ïåðåä ñíîì íàïî¿ ñòèìóëþþ÷î¿ òà ïñèõîòðîïíî¿ ä³¿ (êàâà, àëêîãîëüí³ íàïî¿ òîùî) [13].
Âèñíîâêè
Âèçíà÷åíî îñíîâí³ çàâäàííÿ, ïðàâèëà, ïðèíöèïè ã³ã³ºíè ñíó â ñïîðòèâí³é ãàëóç³ òà øëÿõè îö³íþâàííÿ ñòóïåíÿ âèêîíàííÿ ñïîðòñìåíêàìè ïðàâèë ã³ã³ºíè ñíó çà óìîâ âèñîêèõ ô³çè÷íèõ òà ïñèõ³÷íèõ íàâàíòàæåíü.
Äëÿ âèçíà÷åííÿ ñòóïåíÿ âèêîíàííÿ ñïîðòñìåíêàìè ïðàâèë ã³ã³ºíè ñíó çà óìîâ âèñîêèõ ô³çè÷íèõ òà ïñèõ³÷íèõ íàâàíòàæåíü ìîæå áóòè çàñòîñîâàíà ðîçðîáëåíà íàìè ñïåö³àëüíà òåñò- àíêåòà .
