During complex scientific researches there were determined and substantiated the hygienic principles of forming of professional suitability of pupils and students of educational institutions of railway transport. According of the results of professiographic estimation of industrial specialties in the sphere of railway transport there were elaborated psyhophysiogramms and psyhogramms of such professions as driver (driver's assistant) of electric locomotive and locomotive, specialist of service of buildings and objects travel industry, specialist of exploitation and repairmen of , an expert on service of buildings and objects travel industry, specialist of maintenance and repair of lifting and transport, building and road machines and equipment. There were outlined individually significant psychophysiological and personality risk factors taking into account the forming of possible violations from the side of leading correlation of professional suitability of pupils and students. Define the priority directions of training, forming and active development of psychophysiological functions and personality of adolescents, which master industrial specialities in railway transport sphere. There were established patterns of development of the leading data in functional state of pupils' and students' organism in natural condition of professional education.

There was elaborated and scientifically based the program of professional applied physical training and psyhohygienic correction of organism' functional state, personal characteristics and professional suitability of pupils and students, the basic stages of practical realization of which is: the diagnostic stage, the stage of optimization of daily activity, the stage of professional applied physical training and psychophysiological influence and stage of psyhohygienic correction. There were worked out statistic models, which help to image the peculiarities of interconnection of prognostically-important correlation of studying results in professional oriented subjects with the row of researched data, which reflect the peculiarities of psychophysiological, psychic and social-psychological adaptation. Scientifically-backgrounded methodology of defined psychophysiological readiness of pupils' and students' organism to successful realization of professional activity in the sphere of railway transport.
