Introduction
Limited Liability Company "Advertising and Production Company Seventh Heaven" was founded January 25, 2005. The head company director Ruslan G. Kravchuk, acting under the Charter. Ltd. "RVK Seventh Heaven" is a privately owned and has two founders to 51% and 49% of the share capital of the enterprise. Registered capital is 100,000.00 (One hundred thousand). The company is a legal entity registered in the Unified State Registry of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine (EDRPOU) number 33348998 and has its own balance sheet, account of the Kyiv regional administration JSCIB "UkrSibbank" (MFO 300733), a round seal with its full name, logo and other necessary information. The company operates on a full economic accountability and self-financing. Ltd. "RVK Seventh Heaven" is the payer of VAT and income tax on general grounds. In his work "RVK Seventh Heaven" follows the laws of Ukraine, resolutions of Parliament, decrees and orders of the Government and orders management.
His direct the company launched 10 February 2005. The main activity is printing and promotional activities such as making promotional printed products (digital, offset, large-print), production of promotional gifts and image products, promotion and advertising (dyv.zrazky in Dod.1). The company has its own production in the digital machines Canon, cutter, Thermo, perfobindera. For all other activities except digital printing, "RVK Seventh Heaven" mediate, although positioned as advertising and production company with a full range of printing services.
The original name of the company "Seventh Heaven" was chosen for several reasons. First, the central office was located (and now is) on the seventh floor office building. Second, the "Seventh Heaven" had subconsciously associated with a known idiom "To be in seventh heaven of happiness", that name was subconsciously carry a clear association for consumer confidence, which is the best company in the industry, there is always the consumer will understand and help , advise, they will receive high quality services in the shortest possible time and at the best price. That is, work (place order) with "RVK Seventh Heaven" consumers like it, it will be in seventh heaven. As it turned out later, the name justified itself. Indeed, it is certain associations from consumers, they can easily remember it. The company also uses the corporate colors in the color gamut of the sky - blue and blue.
Every organization - a kind of living organism. The organization has a life cycle, and its "health" and its activity depends on external and internal factors. Factors internal effects include: mission and goals, organizational structure, technology and personnel. Factors external influences include: legislative and policy changes, the overall economic situation, suppliers, competitors, consumers, social and cultural factors. So my personal challenge to the practice was to analyze the internal and external environment of "RVK Seventh Heaven", draw conclusions and make recommendations.

The organization - a social formation in which the general aspirations of many people united for a common purpose.
Organization - a group of people familiar with the overall objectives. The organization can be seen as a means of achieving goals, which allows people to do collectively what they can do individually [5, S.89].
The purpose of the organization - the end state or desired result, which is trying to reach the staff of the organization. Objective - to work or activity to be performed.
Mission - a set of quality provisions in the generalized form reveal the purpose, which decided to devote himself to the company. Availability characterizes the direction of the organization's mission to meet the socioeconomic needs of society. The mission of the company - a letter addressed to both external and internal users, setting forth the reason for the existence of the enterprise and the characteristics that distinguish it from other firms is a way of perception, the image of the company, to identify areas of its operations and resource allocation. The mission serves as a motivator for employees of the enterprise and creates interest in it from the environment [4, p.36].
Goals developed for this mission. The value of the mission formally expressed and efficiently represented employees of the organization can not be overstated. Developed on the basis of objectives are the criteria for the entire next management decision making. If managers do not know what is the main purpose of their organization, then they will not be a logical starting point for selecting the best alternative. Mission details the experience of the firm and provides direction and guidelines for setting goals and strategies at different organizational levels.
Mission of "RVK Seventh Heaven" can be defined as "Full range of advertising and printing services." It can be accompanied by "Always glad to see you in seventh heaven!" These slogans express the call: "Come to us, we always understand and help," "You do not have anywhere to go and look for anything else, you will find in us, because we provide a full range of advertising and printing services with high quality, quickly and at the best price, "" You will always enjoy working with us! "Mission always accompanies a company logo (see Dod.1) and sounds convincing to potential customers.
From the perspective of the life cycle of "RVK Seventh Heaven" is at the stage of childhood and adolescence. We can conclude that the composition of the company is very unstable. This phenomenon is called turnover. And the higher the level of turnover at the firm, the worse it affects its activity, as is the additional cost of finding new employees and their training.
In my opinion, such a situation the company has for several reasons. First, the company's personnel policy is not developed properly. The search and recruitment weak and incomplete. There are many ways of hiring workers, among them, directories, people who accidentally come in search of work, ads in newspapers, employment services, private agencies for recruitment, special meeting of stakeholders (job fairs), universities, colleges, places, announcements on radio and television, the Internet. Because printing and advertising industry is relatively young, and find qualified and experienced staff is difficult, I think that for LLC "RVK Seventh Heaven" would be the most optimal follow the policy of growing its own professional staff. Analysis of the marketing company
