The thesis is devoted to the creation of technology of alteration of polymineral potassium ore which based on conversion of second langbeinite into schoenite. It is set on the basis of experimental researches that dissolution of ore expediently is conducted by water thereupon the degree of separation of valuable components of ore is increased, it is decreased the volumes of liquid phases which it is necessary to heat, a technological process is considerably simplified. The got salt solution is not enough saturated after ions K+, Mg2+, SO42-, therefore it can saturate partly by potassium-magnesium salts of artificial kainite. In consequence of heating of got suspension to 373 K it is passed the conversion with formation of langbeinite which after cooling and separation NaCl it is transformed into schoenite.

It is studied kinetic conformities of process of conversion of langbeinite in the environment of polycomponental solution into schoenite, energy of activating is calculated. It is researched the influence of temperature, concentration MgCl2 in liquid phase, hydrodynamic terms on the degree of conversion of langbeinite into shoenite. It is offered two technological diagrams of alteration of polymineral potassium ore and accumulated salt solutions of potassium production with the receipt of high-quality kalimagnezia and unchloride potassium-magnesium fertilizer. It is executed technic-economical analysis of elaborated technological diagrams and material balances of every stage are calculated.
