Annotation
The article considers the background of the development of personality management within the framework of the neoclassical management paradigm. The analysis of foreign and domestic literature and research in this scientific field is carried out using the method of scientific induction. The author's definition of personality management is introduced in Russian, English and Chinese languages. The further development of personal management is predicted.
