To select the most suitable from a variety of sampling methods, it is necessary to determine in advance the requirements for the selection procedure. This will ensure the selection of the best candidates. In practice, no matter what actual methods were chosen systematic sampling requires that they meet certain criteria. Such as reliability, validity, interpretability, practicality, and standardization of results.

From all the above I have come to believe that the employment is a complex system of relationships between employers and candidates. And to get the job you want to go through many stages of selection, which can be make it shorter, if you combine several steps together, then taking solutions for a job will be much faster. Personal inspection of the candidate should check more carefully, to avoid conflict of situations.
