Potential international crimes in Ukraine: should atrocities in Bucha be classified as genocide, war crimes, or crimes against humanity
The aim of this study is to find out whether the recent atrocities in Bucha can be qualified as a crime of genocide. The meanings of the terms included in the concept of "genocide" are analyzed in the context of the essence of these cruel crimes.
