Syncretism as the main reason for the development of transitional character in complex sentences with relationships of purpose - condition
Analysis of the defining features of the syntactic composition of a complex sentence in the English in the focus of syncretic connections between its components. Study of the nature of connecting elements that form the "purpose - condition" opposition.
