My rating system
MPAA rating system. The attitude of parents to the children's favorite films. Dividing films on genres: foreign cartoons, melodramas and love stories, serials and musicals, psychedelic and historical films, comedies. Examples of the most well-known films.

I think that MPAA rating system which runs in the USA is not for Russia. Our parents more liberal and most of them let their children choose film that they want to watch. But if parents restrict to watch some films it not at all time mean that children not to see this film. Most likely it will be quite the other way. That's why I offer other rating, more liberal than MPAA rating system.
I suggest dividing films on genres and picking out some films which will be with limits.
The label «C». Its cartoons of Russian and Soviet production. There are not barriers in this category. But if you see the label «FC» (foreign cartoons) you must be considerate. Its cartoons of the USA, Japanese, China's production. And if in the USA it is kind Mickey Mouse and Minnie but in Japan it is some Pokemons. I think that it's rotten, lousy, horrible cartoons which not teach something. They only stuff rubbish this young empty heads. I would like to restrict these cartoons in Russia. And this treat to some American cartoons, for example, it is «Griffins». It is just propagate aggression, violence and sex.
The next label «M». It is melodramas and love stories, serials and musicals. I think that children hardly be interest in this films. That's why I think that this category is not need in barriers. It may be and foreign films. For example, it is «Love and pigeons», «Titanic», «Mullin rouge».
The label «PF» (psychedelic films). It is action films, horror films, thrillers and westerns. In this films much violence, lousy language. These films have an influence on psychology of people. That's why children under the 16 not can to see these films without parents. It is «Brother», «Brother-2», «Andrey Rublev». The film «Cold summer of 53» is very hard for perception and not all grown-up can understand this film.
The label «HF» (historical films). It is different documentary films and films which based on real historical events. On these films are no barriers too. For example, it is «Lifeless season», «Beginning», «Near lake» etc.
And the label «Com». It is comedies. All ages admitted, allow laughing on comedies «Garage», «Irony of fate», «Peculiarities of national hunting» etc.
