The four principles that structure EU-Ukraine cooperation, or the core of the European Neighbourhood Policy "in a nutshell"
EU-Ukraine cooperation unfolds within the framework of the European Neighbourhood Policy and is structured by four principles: differentiation, joint ownership, shared values, conditionality. The peculiarity of practical application of these principles.
