Abstract

Article is devoted to assessment of quality and quantitative indices of underground waters in the territory of the Beloretsk district of RB.

Keywords: underground waters, South Ural, Beloretsk, Beloretsk district.

The Beloretsk district differs in development of a low-mountainous and mid-mountain terrain. The first is characterized by absolute heights up to 800-900 m smooth outlines of ridges and valleys. The mid-mountain relief, with absolute heights more than 900-1000 m is characterized by also smooth outlines, but with deep the most important bases of an erosion up to 400 m [1, 2].

The Beloretsk district belongs in general to moderate cold and semi-humid climate. According to the climatic map of the republic it is easy to track as the average annual amount of precipitation in mountains increases (up to 600 mm and more). At a raising to mountains average annual temperature gradually decreases (to 0.50C). Decrease in temperature with height causes reduction of the summer bezmorozny period. At the height of 1000 and more meters the winter is about 1.5-2 times longer, than on plains of the Western Bashkiria. Snow cover is established in November and lies sometimes up to the end (or the middle) April [2].

The maximum temperature for the last 100 years 38 degrees, and minimum in 1943-47 degrees were observed in 1952. The Bezmorozny period in the Beloretsk district begins since July 1-5 and comes to an end on August 30 - on September 15, 80-90 days proceed. Average air temperature is almost identical in all territory of the Republic of Bashkortostan. Average annual air temperature 0.3°C, and average monthly air temperatures of January - 16.5°C, in July 16.2°C.

Information on use of underground waters is provided on the basis of the data provided by office of monitoring across the Republic of Bashkortostan of "Volga Regional Center of the State Monitoring of a Condition of a Subsoil" branch of Federal state budgetary institution "Gidrospetsgeologiya" (further - PRTSGMSN by Federal State Budgetary Institution Gidrospetsgeologiya). Security of the population with resources of fresh underground waters with a mineralization to 1000 mg/dm3 and rigidity to 10°G makes 3.8 m3/d on 1 person, including with rigidity to 7.0°G - about 3 m3/d on 1 person.

Water supply of the city of Beloretsk is presented by 3 blocks of an underground Kataysky water intake, namely on blocks:

- the 1st block of the Kataysky water intake is put into operation in 2010 and presented by ten wells located linearly at distance from 187-500 m from each other and in 63 m from the Beloy River. Depth of wells is from 60 to 80 m

- the 2nd block of a water intake is presented by 11 wells located linearly at distance of 10-130 m from each other. Depth of wells is up to 70 m

- the 3rd block of a water intake is presented by 9 wells located linearly at distance of 10-220 m from each other and in 50-100 m from the bed of the Beloy River. Depth is also 70 m [5].

Quality indicators on the Kataysky water intake Beloretsk the Republic of Bashkortostan. There are in maintaining Vodokanal Municipal Unitary Enterprise Beloretsk and Administrations Beloretsk and the Beloretsk district of RB.

On water quality of river. White below Beloretsk (for about "The Arsky stone") dumpings had an impact: JSC Beloretsk Metallurgical Plant (Ferrous metallurgy), CJSC Beloretsk Plant of Springs and Springs (Mechanical engineering and metal working) and Vodokanal Municipal Unitary Enterprise Beloretsk (Housing and communal services).

The average level of impurity on compounds of iron and oil products increased up to 4 and 5 maximum allowable concentrations, maximum up to 10 and 25 maximum allowable concentrations; in 71% of tests fixed violations of standards. Twice average annual and maximum concentration of compounds of copper increased up to 2 and 4 maximum allowable concentrations respectively, in 57% of tests maximum allowable concentrations are exceeded. Cases of violation of the standard for organic matter (Codes of Commercial Procedure), from 86% decreased to 57% of tests where excesses no more than 2 maximum allowable concentrations are found. Average and maximum concentration of phenols up to 2 and 3 maximum allowable concentrations and nitrogen ammonium to norm and 2 maximum allowable concentrations were stabilized, in 71% and 43% of tests respectively fixed excesses of standards. In single tests standards for organic matter (BPK5), nitrogen nitritny and nitrate are exceeded. Below norm concentration of sulfates, chlorides and compounds of zinc were observed [3.4].
