Принципы формирования рейтинга
Рейтинг формировался по открытой информации об объемах операций банков с платежными картами международных платежных систем.
Для цели создания рейтинга брались первые 100 банков по совокупному объему операций с карточками.
Рейтинг строился по шести позициям, характеризующим качество и объем операций банков:
* Количество выпущенных платежных карт [вес показателя 25%]
* Общие объемы операций по платежным картам [вес показателя 25%]
* Доля внутрироссийского обналичивания [вес показателя 5%]
* Объем операций за границей [вес показателя 10%]
* Объем операций в магазинах и пунктах оказания услуг [вес показателя 10%]
Прирост количества платежных карт, выпущенных банков за предыдущие полгода [вес показателя 25%]
Все банки были проранжированы шесть раз отдельно по каждому показателю. Ранжирование осуществлялось по убыванию для всех параметров, кроме доли внутрироссийского обналичивания, где ранжирование осуществлялось по возрастанию. По итогам каждого ранжирования банку присваивалось место от 1 до 100.
Итоговый рейтинг представляет из себя список банков, отранжированных по сумме мест, занятых при каждом промежуточном ранжировании с учетом весовых коэффициентов.
