The Public Efficiency Evaluation of Infrastructure Projects in Conditions of Modern Scientific and Technological Development
The article is devoted to the methodology for evaluating investment projects of scientific research and social infrastructure, combining financial and economic analysis and assessment of various social effects, including social, indirect, price, tax.
