A development of a PCR-RFLP test system for the identification of mitochondrial lines of the Pelophylax ridibundus lake frog in Kazakhstan
Study of the variability of the primary structure of the mitochondrial gene of lake frogs of the Pelophylax ridibundus complex in Kazakhstan. Search for marker nucleotide substitutions specific for each line of Haell and TasI restriction endonucleases.
