Thesis is devoted to the problem of formation of inventive skills of the future teachers of labour training by the way of studying algorythmic-evristic procedure of solving of the inventinal tasks in the conditions of using of problematic education. Were analyzed scientific approaches to studying the creative technical activity, content, properties and functions of creative technical tasks. There were worked out and substantiated the model of primary understanding of defending characteristics of inventional activity, that includes evaluative-motivations, attributive, functional and the component of flexibility of thinking; there was proposed methodics of pedagogical evaluation of the level of willingness for perception of information about inventiveness. There was worked out the evolution system of problematic situations for understanding main features of inventional activity (propedevtic period of training) and developing systems of problematic situations for achieving skills of algorythmic solving of inventional tasks (basic period of training) by the way of academic invention. There were worked out and theoretically substantiated the content of education in the sphere of pupls' and students' inventional activity and structural, functional model of readiness for solving the inventional tasks, that includes cognitive, processive, evristic skills; there were proposed methods of pedagogical evaluation of the level of readiness for solving the inventional tasks. The main ways of creation of problematic situations are the introduction of technical systems in new conditions of functioning, contradictions of the process of education, situations of choice, using of analogies and others.
