Improvement of administrative and legal regulation of control over compliance with legislation on protection of economic competition: foreign experience
The peculiarities as well as the regulatory framework for economic processes cannot be considered as an exclusive problem of the economy. The positive features of the domestic administrative and legal regulation of control in this field are underlined.
