Dear Participant,

As an international student living in Russia have you ever wondered how knowing the Russian language can influence your well-being and social relationships? My research thesis is about this question. I want to study the relationship between the motivation to learn Russian language, well-being and social capital of international students in Russia. If you are taking part in this survey, you are an international student living in Russia and pursuing a full-time course in Russian. This survey is split in four pages. It will approximately take 15 minutes to complete. Please answer all the questions. Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. This survey works best with your smart phone. You can also fill this from your computer. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from this survey at any point. Your survey responses will be strictly confidential.
