Modifications of proteins of membrane-cytoskeleton complex and production of reactive oxygen species in erythrocytes cryopreserved with polyethylene glycol
Changes in the intensity of formation of reactive oxygen species during cryopreservation of cells with polyethylene glycol have been determined. Modifications of proteins of the membrane-cytoskeletal complex of human erythrocytes have been studied.
