Trauma, rememory and language in Holodomor survivors' narratives
The specific objective is to explore rememory as a cognitive strategy of releasing suppressed traumatic events. Analysis of the consequences of giving exceptional meaning to the past and insufficient comprehension of the Holodomor as a traumatic event.
