Answer: I would define it as neutral, nothing more than my medium expectations.

Answer: Competitors such as RyanAir are cheaper and I am more satisfied with their prices. Although the quality of Olympic Air is higher but nothing special.

Answer: Try to meet customer expectation and use CSR in order to show the importance of the society but also satisfy stakeholders and more specifically customers.
