China’s and Russia’s growing footprint in Latin America as a challenge to American interests
The Trump administration has designated China and Russia as "revisionist powers" challenging American power. This perception was also reflected in the Latin American policy of the United States. Latin America through the prism of the Monroe Doctrine.
