Analysis of historical perspective of the Nigeria-Russia diplomatic relations as an instrument for the current diplomatic ties
The consequences of the collapse of the Soviet Union, whose influence in Nigeria and West Africa declined sharply. Diplomatic theory as an essential tool for tracking existing diplomatic relations between the two great states of Nigeria and Russia.
