In our opinion it's very broad topic, with lots of events and participants, certain / particular conclusions can be made, as this part of the history so far is still investigated and is controversial. As for the impact of these events on the formation and development of contemporary international relations, in my opinion, and this is confirmed by the history, every conflict carries out a growth and development, it moves mankind up to the knowledge. I think that this conflict finally pinpointed the beginning of the rivalry between Russia, America and Japan, which again will end with the conflict that will lead to a change in the general world view and the world political system.
