Ймовірний учасник походу (чи автор, що фіксував події з вуст учасника) деталізовано описує не тільки перебіг військово-політичних подій, але й фіксує природні знамення, чудесні видіння, появу святих й самого Ісуса в дусі своєї епохи. Структура Gesta.
