The work is dedicated to studying the influence of combined magnetic field on the biological objects, the generation of the electromagnetic field by bioobjects and relations between these effects. The effects were studied under conditions reproduced well in the artificial CMF. The results were obtained by using the high precise shield technology, including superconducting one. EMF generated by bioobjects was registered with the flux gate and SQUID magnetometers. The biological process in which we studied the influence of CMF was the cress roots GTR. EMF generation was investigated on wheat and cress roots.

During the work it was found that the biological effect depends on the CMF alternating component frequency. The frequency effect was established to coincide formally with Са2+, IAA-, АBA-, К+, Fe3+, Cu+, H+ ion cyclotronic frequencies. Besides IOA and ABA ions cyclotron frequencies coincided with the EMF maxima, generated by bioobjects. The data obtained give us a possibility to propose that the ions take part in the GTR process. This fact is confirmed with the light microscopy results. The threshold of the static MF influence on GTR was revealed. The detailed studying of the bioeffect value dependence on allowed us to conclude that the main influence mechanism under big conditions is connected with under threshold MF existence. The biological objects initial MF was measured and it was shown that the ones could be distorted considerably with the surrounding subjects.

Distortions for metal, dielectric, magnetic and superconductible materials were calculated. The data obtained coincide exactly with the measured ones.
