Activities of antioxidant enzymes in mesophyll and bundle sheath cell chloroplasts of maize plants (Zea mays L.) exposed to salt stress
Study the cellular localization hydrogen peroxide, in mesophyll cells and bundle sheath in maize exposed to salinity. Determination of products lipid peroxidation, malondialdehyde, activity of superoxide dismutase, ascorbate peroxidase were determined.
