Professional and Ethical Standards in the Activity of a Mediator: Problems of Implementation and Control
The article examines the professional and ethical standards of a mediator in Russia. Using methods of the formal legal analysis and the comparative legal method, the author reveals the requirements of the professional standard for the knowledge.
